El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Novza, con varias líneas de autobús en la calle principal. El personal de recepción fue amable, las habitaciones estaban limpias e higiénicas, y las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes y estaban bien diseñadas. El desayuno era muy abundante, con platos diferentes cada día.

This is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her.  I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.  Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it.

Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления! Всё новое, современное и очень чистое. Номера уютные, комфортные и идеально подготовлены к заселению. Завтраки вкусные, с хорошим выбором блюд. Отдельно хочется отметить бассейн — это настоящее украшение отеля! Большой, кристально чистый, с приятной атмосферой, где действительно хочется проводить время. Для нас это стало главным преимуществом отеля. Обслуживание также на высоте: персонал приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям!

10/10 Outstanding Hotel & Incredible Staff Saved My Night! This review is 100% true, from what happened to me just yesterday. My flight was severely delayed, I got lost at the airport, and I had no internet connection at all. I had no plan, no hotel booked, and no idea what to do. Somehow, I managed to reach this hotel, and that’s where I met Bobur — one of the most kind, helpful, and thoughtful hotel administrators I have ever encountered. He didn’t just answer my questions calmly: First, he quickly arranged a safe taxi to pick me up from the airport. Then, he smoothly organized a comfortable room for me right away, even during such a stressful and unexpected situation. The hotel itself is brand new, outstanding, and absolutely beautiful. Everything inside is modern, clean, stylish, and so comfortable. The room felt cozy and high-quality, like a little peaceful escape after a long, chaotic day. If it weren’t for Bobur and this amazing hotel, I would have been stuck and stressed for hours. I highly recommend this hotel — great service, beautiful space, and staff who truly care about you. Perfect in every way!

Overall service was excellent. Staff was very helpful in trying to upgrade us due to our member status even though rooms were very fully occupied. We were very pleased with our upgrade on our last day of stay.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

Ante todo, estoy muy disgustado porque me hicieron pagar MÁS de lo que mi booking decía. En mi reserva, se decía que debía pagar en el hotel 27,58 US$ de cargos extras. Pues ellos me hicieron pagar casi 50 US$ diciendo que ese no era el valor de los impuestos y que la impresión de mi reserva estaba equivocada. Eso fue algo muy disgustoso porque no quisieron respetar mi reserva como la tenía impresa. Ver foto adjunta el hotel es muy bueno y un desayuno excelente que permite cargar buena energía para días de turismo exigentes. La disponibilidad de los empleados es muy buena pero no tienen un buen nivel de inglés. Por el mal entendimiento, a veces hacen las cosas medio mal o generan inconvenientes. Por ejemplo pedimos que nos despertaran alas 4 am para el viaje, y no nos llamaron. Luego pedimos el taxi para el aeropuerto (sabian que ibamos a Khiva vuelo nacional pues luego volviamos al hotel mismo). y pidieron el taxi para el terminal internacional. Afortunadamente ibamos con tiempo porque las terminales están a casi media hora en taxi...... nos costó el doble! La ubicación es lejos de los intereses turísticos, por lo cual no es ideal. La habitación muy buena y tiene una cama excelente y excelentes almohadas. creo que si vuelvo a Tashkent escogeré otro hotel

酒店不在塔什干市中心，不過距離機場和高鐵站都不遠，車程10分鐘左右。周邊是居民區，晚上比較安靜。 房間不大，但整潔乾淨，浴室熱水充足，提供一次性用品。整體性價比還可以。

El hotel está muy bien, y nuestra habitación se ha hecho inmaculadamente todos los días. Puedes pasear del hotel a la estación de metro de tasca, o conseguir una Yandex en el centro.
