Kkobe drinkEl hotel es de reciente apertura y su ambiente general es de cinco estrellas. La decoración interior es muy buena, pero el exterior, como el pasillo de entrada, necesita mejoras. La piscina, el gimnasio y la sauna en el sótano son excelentes. No contratamos el desayuno al hacer la reserva, pero desayunamos en el restaurante por 185 yuanes por persona. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien, con una gran variedad de sashimi y carne. La carne de res estaba muy fresca y tenía un buen marmoleado. Fue una verdadera delicia encontrar carne tan fresca.

Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy nuevo, así que las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones. El desayuno también era bueno. Mi madre amaba el porridge tanto que ella dijo que le recordaba su sabor infantil! La ubicación también es buena a sólo 7 minutos a pie del metro. La única cosa que yo era cky es los receptores. No conocen las habilidades básicas de comunicación. Si le pregunté, terminaron respondiendo con imitaciones o usando palabras muy limitadas. FYI I’m fluent in local languages. Debería haber una persona que en realidad hable y responda a preguntas con claridad con frases completas!!! Me hizo loco y me hizo consciente de mi lenguaje.
Le pedí que usara el servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje cuando llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y cuando le pedimos que nos obtuviéramos nuestras cosas, el receptor acaba de imitar otra vez con su cabeza señalando la habitación donde estaba nuestras cosas. ¡Me imaginé que nos pide que vayamos ahí y nos llevemos a nosotros mismos, así que lo hicimos, aunque normalmente deberían manejar nuestras cosas por sí mismos en lugar de pedir a los huéspedes que vayan a una habitación llena de pantry y otros equipajes!
¡Qué punto de limpieza de la habitación si no cambian el lol!
Creo que podrían hacer mejor si aprendieran un poco sobre el servicio al cliente.

TTokyoJeffRoom was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice.
Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option.
The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here.
The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower.
There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist.
Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station.
There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either.
Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

ДДима ЛамбинEl hotel es nuevo, bonito, limpio, cómodo, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, hay un pequeño inconveniente, ya que me alojé en varias habitaciones, en algunas de ellas el agua de la ducha no drenó bien y había olor a alcantarilla. Un agradecimiento especial al personal, chicos muy educados y amables, definitivamente volveré aquí...

DDeanSFinding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.

No es el edificio más nuevo, pero está limpio y tiene todo lo necesario.
