El personal fue muy amable. Reservé una estancia de cinco noches. Una chica me recibió en recepción los tres primeros días y un empleado llamado SAIDAZIZ los dos siguientes; ambos fueron muy amables. Al cuarto día, el sistema falló, indicando que solo tenía cuatro noches de estancia. Este empleado me ayudó a solucionarlo e incluso me dio dos imanes para la nevera como compensación. El hotel es nuevo y está bastante limpio, pero el servicio de limpieza no fue muy puntual, ya que siempre empezaba por la noche. El desayuno se servía todas las mañanas; era un bufé con una gran variedad de platos, principalmente occidentales.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

¡Un hotel realmente maravilloso! Todo el personal fue muy amable 😊 El desayuno era a partir de las 6:30 a. m. y había una gran variedad para elegir. La habitación era preciosa. ¡Me impresionó especialmente la calefacción por suelo radiante! Todo fue perfecto, quiero volver. ¡Me encanta Uzbekistán!

El hotel es muy nuevo, así que las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones. El desayuno también era bueno. Mi madre amaba el porridge tanto que ella dijo que le recordaba su sabor infantil! La ubicación también es buena a sólo 7 minutos a pie del metro. La única cosa que yo era cky es los receptores. No conocen las habilidades básicas de comunicación. Si le pregunté, terminaron respondiendo con imitaciones o usando palabras muy limitadas. FYI I’m fluent in local languages. Debería haber una persona que en realidad hable y responda a preguntas con claridad con frases completas!!! Me hizo loco y me hizo consciente de mi lenguaje. Le pedí que usara el servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje cuando llegamos antes de la hora de check-in y cuando le pedimos que nos obtuviéramos nuestras cosas, el receptor acaba de imitar otra vez con su cabeza señalando la habitación donde estaba nuestras cosas. ¡Me imaginé que nos pide que vayamos ahí y nos llevemos a nosotros mismos, así que lo hicimos, aunque normalmente deberían manejar nuestras cosas por sí mismos en lugar de pedir a los huéspedes que vayan a una habitación llena de pantry y otros equipajes! ¡Qué punto de limpieza de la habitación si no cambian el lol! Creo que podrían hacer mejor si aprendieran un poco sobre el servicio al cliente.

Забронировали номер на одну ночь — и это, пожалуй, максимум, что можно выдержать в этом отеле. Из положительного в номере тёплый пол в ванной, есть шкаф, сейф, утром вкусный завтрак и в столовой понарамные окна. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Итерьер явно нуждается в ремонте: пол — стёртый ламинат, выглядит неопрятно. Номер мы бронировали 20-25 м кв, но по факту оказался метром 15 м кв. Но главная проблема — чистота. В ванной комнате возле раковины на стене мёртвые насекомые: это не просто неприятно, а вызывает вопросы к санитарным нормам заведения. Дополнительно неприятно удивило изголовье кровати — оно было в каких‑то тёмных разводах, что тоже говорит об отсутствии должной уборки. Если планируете останавливаться здесь на несколько дней, хорошо подумайте: условия, на мой взгляд, не соответствуют даже базовым. Так же при бронировании удерживается залог по стоимости одной ночи и возвращается после выселения. Деньги возвращаются спустя неделю, поэтому получить их сразу на следующий день не рассчитывайте.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
