«Hotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.»

Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

UUsuario invitadoEvery was nice. Beautiful property with lush green areas. Loved the is-ha ashram vibes created, could feel the grace. Only small issue was food at on kourse restaurant which was not good, we ordered basic dal and pane-er for dinner but taste was just flat, no flavours. Under the neem at chalets is good though, had breakfast there. They have lot of open as well as closed space to sit out as per your comfort. Rooms are small, and extra bedding is 5k even if you booked the stay for 3, so it was little inconvenient for a family of 3. Having said that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest considering the vibe the place has.

UUsuario invitadoWe were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

UUsuario invitadoDidn’t get the best sleep. There was a wedding taking place and the event was outside, loud music carried on until after 2am. This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. In room dining also called twice, once within half an hour of food arriving to check if the plates needed to be cleared, I didn’t even finish eating the food. Then after I called for dishes to be cleared, I received another call to check on the food but at this point I was asleep so this woke me up.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

I tried the à la carte service and it was genuinely good. Vedant and Sanjay handled my service and they were extremely attentive, quick and polite. Food came fresh, well presented, and they made sure everything was taken care of without me having to ask twice. Good experience overall.

TTabasco GirlThis hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The manager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk manager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

UUsuario invitadoLa casa es muy bonita, como un oasis. También está cerca de las zonas comerciales, así que la ubicación es buena. Las habitaciones son limpias, limpias y bien mantenidas. No son ni demasiado pequeñas ni demasiado grandes, especialmente para un solo o un par. La piscina también es de buena tamaño. El gimnasio está bien equipado. La comida en todos los restaurantes es de gran variedad y sabor. El servicio es bueno.
