La habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. La habitación era limpia, espaciosa y hermosa. El desayuno fue excelente con una amplia variedad de comida fresca y deliciosa. On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, ya que el centro comercial Kota Casablanca está a solo 3 minutos a pie. La decoración y el diseño del hotel eran impresionantes. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. El personal fue cortés y amable. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. El desayuno era enorme y la comida era deliciosa. La habitación en la que me alojé tenía problemas de aire acondicionado y los técnicos no pudieron resolverlo. Me ofrecieron trasladarme a otra habitación en el mismo piso; era una oferta justa. Si vuelvo a Yakarta, ¡espero volver a alojarme aquí!

Location, service, room, amenities and facilities are good. Some of the furniture may be old.

Siempre vuelvo a Arya Duta Menteng. El personal es muy amable y atento. Me siento como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno incluye salida tardía y entrada temprana. Muchas gracias.

Staff is sooo kind and the location is amazing!! Right across the plaza and walking distance to grand indo which is by far the best mall ive visited in indonesia as a first timer. The room is obviously the best so clean and spacious. But the best was the hotel nasi goreng!!!!

Hotel renovado con nuevo nombre y nuevo concepto, más estético, limpio y fresco. La habitación era espaciosa, con interiores blancos por dentro y por fuera, lo que la hacía parecer más amplia y limpia. El menú del desayuno no es muy variado, pero el aspecto del nuevo restaurante es agradable. Las piscinas no son muy grandes, pero son suficientes. El aparcamiento también es grande.

Aquí para un concierto - muy cómodo, ya que no tengo que viajar mucho después del concierto! La habitación es espaciosa aunque el lobby está en construcción.

First of all I booked this place for 8 days. From day one entrying the room there was so much equipment that was in a bad condition. First was the Waster machine and then the Aircon suddenly turned off in the middle of the night which I had to turn back the switch last was the Tv, the technician came 3 times to send another tv to see. Yet I get so fed up when I am watching my Netflix and the tv goes back to the main menu again and again. I called up but no one came to check or called me back at night. but they managed to call me in the morning to fix the tv. The hotel supervisor called me, and they were offering me a free breakfast after the 7 day I wasn't happy with the tv issues which spoiled my mood to watch movies with my family members together. But I'm glad that the hotel staff are trying to make things right for us. All the staff is good and nice. Only I hoped that the management can do something to upgrade and do regularly check up on the equipment in the room for a guest to stay.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
