Hoteles con spa en Yakarta

We had an awesome time at Shangrila Jakarta. Booking the clubroom was the best decision as we could have free flow drinks, afternoon tea and evening canapes. For those with children and not allowed into the lounge during evening time, they have allocated an area in the lobby lounge for families to enjoy their evening canapes and adults could still order any alcohol drinks served ala carte should they desire to do so—all inclusive. Lounge food was delicious. There were scones, salmon, smoked salmon sandwiches, profiteroles, sushi, satay, cakes etc. we would absolutely do the same should we be going to Jakarta again. There’s also a water playground with water slides and big tipping bucket for children. Pool is big and enjoyable. There are also fringe activities for children like bracelet making and also a bouncy castle and a swing. Rooms were kept clean and tidy and the toilet (with separate bathtub and shower) was huge! Room temperature control was accurate and good too. The only thing is that it is not located walking distance/connected to the big malls. But taking a bluebird cab out to mega malls is easy and also of budget cost. Breakfast spread is amazing and seating was fast too. Kids were also greeted with goodie bags on arrival. On the first day that we checked in at the hotel, I made a deposit payment to the hotel under my room. However on that evening itself, I was not allowed to sign for payment for the dinner that we had at Sailendra Restaurant. The reason given by the employee at the Restaurant was that no deposit was made by me to the hotel, therefore I was not allowed to sign for payment and charge to the room. I have to approach the hotel reception to get the clarification and that was very annoying. I know there must be an oversight by staff at the hotel reception for not updating my payment in the system and I think this should not happen at an international 5 stars hotel. The following morning, we had breakfast at Sailendra Restaurant and all the staff for the morning breakfast team were wonderful. We were served by Pak Bambang who had done a great job. He even recommended us to try their Soto Ayam the next morning of which we did. The Soto Ayam was specially prepared by Chef Cipta for us and that was so tasty and delicious. We also have the opportunity of meeting Chef Cipta. We had breakfast at this Restaurant for all the subsequent days during our stay until we checked out. The service by the whole team during breakfast hour was excellent and on the day that we were leaving, Ibu Katherina prepared a box of fried emping for us to take away as I always requested for fried emping from Chef Cipta. Thank you to all the staff for the morning breakfast team! The Housekeeping staff servicing our room were not detailed. A lot of items were missed out during our stay and we need to contact the service department each night to request for the items. The only consolation is the staff will deliver the items that they missed out without any delay each time we called. We also noticed the hair captured at the shower drain was not cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. In conclusion, the Housekeeping Department needs to look into that and improve on it. The hotel room also needs to be renovated as it is dated. Overall, we had a good holiday in Jakarta!

Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, ya que el centro comercial Kota Casablanca está a solo 3 minutos a pie. La decoración y el diseño del hotel eran impresionantes. La habitación era espaciosa y muy limpia. El personal fue cortés y amable. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. El desayuno era enorme y la comida era deliciosa. La habitación en la que me alojé tenía problemas de aire acondicionado y los técnicos no pudieron resolverlo. Me ofrecieron trasladarme a otra habitación en el mismo piso; era una oferta justa. Si vuelvo a Yakarta, ¡espero volver a alojarme aquí!

Location, service, room, amenities and facilities are good. Some of the furniture may be old.

En realidad me quedé un poco decepcionado con el servicio de habitación, pues pedí una cama queen individual según la aplicación, pero el hotel me dio dos camas individuales combinadas en una, la información del hotel decía que para este tipo de habitación solo había una cama así, si realmente no hay una cama queen-size en ese tipo de habitación es mejor borrarla en la aplicación para una cama queen-size. Para una ubicación estratégica, la comida es simplemente normal, no muy variada y hay comida que sirvieron ayer y vuelve a servirse al día siguiente.

Not that recommended if you looking for a 5 star hotel standards. Staffs are friendly, but the room doesn't looks like the photos it shows. My room's lights are quite dark, and beside the roadside. So even is at 12am still quite noisy from the outside. And the plugs beside the bed both have issue, so I have to inform the team. For the telephone, I couldn't call the team, they said probably technician problem, so come and fixed it. But after checking it said because I didn't press 0 first. I think it would be great if on the phone they can paste an instruction sticker better. The light in the toilet also quite dark, it is hard for a lady to do the makeup since light is not enough and there's no additional small mirror that can zoom in see the details type. The location is great, you can walk over to plaza indo and grand indo. Staffs are friendly and helpful also. But overall quality needs to improve if looking for 5 stars standards.

El hotel está bien, la habitación es limpia y acondicionada, la ubicación es estratégica en el centro de la ciudad, el desayuno es asombroso, sí, la próxima vez que me voy a Jakarta me quedaré aquí otra vez, muy recomendado.

Excelente hotel con gran servicio. Situación conveniente, cama confortable, habitación limpia con vistas a la ciudad y personal atento. Toda la experiencia fue sin problemas y superó mis expectativas. Recomendaría a los viajeros que se quedaran aquí sin preocupaciones.

Swiss Bell Hotel chain is very expensive compare to other 4 star hotels. Not worth for money. There are more 4 star hotels much better than this at lower price in this area. I have experienced that. First room they gave me is disgusting. Not clean and broken room. After I complained they gave me another room with same aminities. Booked as a double guest room. But amenities were for a single person. Location is very good. Near pondok indah mall. Staff also very good and friendly. But greedy management trying to earn big money, giving lower class hotel to customers. So the problem is Management. Not the staff. Also remember, there is no good seating lobby. Restaurant also high price food and drinks. . You can get much better hotel at lower price than this is my final conclusion
