«We had an excellent stay at this ski-in, ski-out hotel—it truly exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, both within the property and nearby, making dining so convenient. This was our first ski trip in China, and the experience was surprisingly comparable to our ski holiday in Hokkaido—every detail was thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable stay. I can fully understand why this is an award-winning hotel, and I highly recommend it for a perfect ski vacation! Photos taken from the window of our room. «原本很少寫評價，但房東姐姐實在太太太好了！必須要給個好評！ 這次滑雪行程定的很匆忙，個別裝備忘記帶衹能臨時快遞過來，房東姐姐不僅幫忙拿快遞，還直接送到房間裏；朋友過來找我，因為她是新手需要戴小烏龜，原本是想問房東租，結果直接説借給我們用，也是非常貼心的送到房間！ 最後一天還是想滑，就問了她能不能晚一點退房，原本預期是幫我延遲到下午兩點或者把行李寄存在她那裡，等結束我再回來把雪具寄走，沒想到她直接讓我行李都不用帶出去，可以一直放在房間裏！讓我節省不少精力！ 設施：投影、冰箱、洗衣機等等均有，也提供了一次行馬桶套（永遠對主動提供的酒店有大大好感） 環境：山景房，走路到雪場大概五分鐘，我個人是每天揹着板子和鞋來回，有一丟丟累，但民宿整體的性價比讓我可以忽略這點 服務：沒得説！房東姐姐人巨好，親切熱情，有求必應，服務周到，下次有機會還要住這裏！»

We stayed here for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel has everything you need (great breakfast, convenience store, onsen facility and internal walkway to ski hall). 瑶瑶 was our main contact and attendant during our stay and she was truly the best. She was super responsive, gave us great restaurant recommendations and was just a huge help as we don’t speak Chinese. She also helped book transfers from the hotel, which we really appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!

特別好的一家酒店，已經是第二次來住。我已經滑了很多年，也住了很多酒店。 我覺得在體驗過北美假日和地中海這些酒店後，這家酒店的優勢在於以下幾點：性價比特別高（雖然他不含雪票，但我分開買算上房費還是便宜的）；住宿環境配套及服務特別好。 首先，在入住前，會由專屬的管家聯繫，建立微信羣，包括提供雪包的提前送到房間（我不喜歡託運，所以都發德邦），引導入住到房間，住宿期間：每天車輛來往雪場的接送（這個是我覺得非常受用並且強列推薦的部分），衹要微信羣裏和管家説一下，很快就能有車，比之前住的假日北美這種定點班車要好很多，而且和透風的擺渡車不同，他的車子還有暖氣，隨叫隨到。退房也衹要羣裏和管家説下，非常便捷，因為航班的關係，我要求了延遲退房，溝通十分順暢，最後一天滑完臨走前還可以回房間沖涼換衣服，這個在其他酒店是沒有的。 住宿條件很乾凈，衞生間房間特別整潔。在整個入住期間，除了每日的打掃外，可以要求管家幫你安排每天換床單。硬件也很好，小米全屋智能，可控制燈光，窗簾，晚上我基本投屏看個電影，非常舒服，當然酒店提供了騰訊會員可以看電影。此外，房間的風景也很不錯，可以看到雪道，每天到雪場就兩三分鐘，特別👍
