The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y conserva su encanto antiguo. El desayuno no es tan deslumbrante, pero es pequeño y exquisito, se puede pedir a la carta y es muy cómodo para comer. Almorzamos en el hotel, que sabía muy bien y exquisito. Para la cena, estábamos justo enfrente de su hotel. Highly recommended for a relaxed, VIP experience in Wuzhen! We stayed for 1 night at the Wuzhen Club House (Sheng Ting) and had a great experience. 1. Cleanliness: Very good, especially considering it's a refurbished old heritage building with traditional wooden furniture. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. 2. Amenities & Food: The room amenities are basic for the same reason, but completely sufficient for a simple, comfortable stay. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise—quite a large spread of delicious local specialties. 3. Location: Fantastic. It sits right near the middle of the West Scenic Area (Xi Zha), making it the perfect base for exploring. The best part of staying inside the scenic area is that the late nights and early mornings are incredibly quiet, which is perfect for crowd-free photo taking. 4. Service: Absolutely outstanding, you really get VIP treatment. The hotel reached out to us before our stay to provide arrival info and set up a group chat to keep in touch. Our assigned housekeeper, Xiao Chen, met us right at the car drop-off point and guided us all the way to the hotel. He took care of everything—arranging our breakfast, ensuring our room was in order, and attending to our every need. He also gave us a great overview of the scenic area, recommended local food options, made restaurant reservations for us, and even walked us right to the departure point when we checked out. Highly recommend booking a stay here to experience Wuzhen at a relaxed pace with VIP treatment. It is especially great if you are traveling with kids, as you can easily return to the room multiple times throughout the day to rest and decompress.

Este era nuestro hotel favorito durante nuestro viaje (y nos quedamos en 5 hoteles, algunos doble el precio de esto). Inicialmente me sentía apremiante porque no me gustaba el estilo de la habitación y prefería algo más simple y limpio, pero todo estaba tan bien hecho y ejecutado, terminaba siendo casi imposible salir de la habitación porque era tan simple ¡Increíblemente cómodo y cómodo! (se advierte de haha.). ¡Aún se nos ha mejorado a una habitación mucho más grande a pesar de que sólo se quedaba una noche! La vista del río desde la ventana a la noche era hermosa y el desayuno era abundante! El hotel tiene un maravilloso jardín y el lugar es maravilloso. También vi varias revisiones sobre el butler Xiao Wei y pensé que podría haber sido uno de esos revisiones y mencionar nuestros nombres para obtener un regalo gratuito que es popular en estos días pero no. Xiao Wei fue realmente la pieza de resistencia de este establecimiento y hizo nuestra estadía 100% incluso mejor que era 🥹. El hotel es muy agradable y muy cercano, muy amable y muy sincero en todos los sentidos, y su servicio fue por mucho el mejor que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel en todo el mundo. El último día descubrí que Wuzhen se especializa en un té específico de Chrysanthemum, pero no parecía encontrarlo. En cambio, me sorprendió con un bolso de eso cuando le envié un texto a sólo 30 minutos antes de salir. ¡Nos vamos a volver y permanecer en el Club Eden pronto!

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Haining. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was especially comfortable — perfect for a good rest after a long day. Service was professional and smooth throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hans for the warm hospitality and excellent assistance during our visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Haining.

西塘古鎮邊的良壤酒店 颱風天留人，把我留在了這個酒店。感謝颱風，酒店的預訂都取消了，整個酒店一共沒幾個客人，特別安靜。 入住前對這個酒店很期待，自帶園藝農場，確保果蔬新鮮，酒店又藝術又高級。住下來之後麼對酒店略帶失望。 這個酒店四四方方口字形，規整蠻規整的。口字形中間平鋪了一層水面，四周東西兩面三層大白牆，那是客房，南北兩面兩層的木結構，那是酒吧餐廳健身房。 房間也好酒店也好大量原木設計，老闆的喜好吧。 老闆還喜歡幽暗，暗得朦朦朧朧，不管白天黑夜。 老闆還喜歡展示她的美學品味，酒店到處都是這些個。。。藝術品？就像這個紅紅的墩子。 這些個都是老闆的喜好，有錢任性，這個不能吐槽。但是呢， 酒店電話打過去沒人接也不回覆，這個能吐槽，怎麼著啊，接線員請不起啊。 酒店的服務員不和善，這個也能吐槽，跟客人擦肩而過，服務員頭一昂衹當沒看到，氣質分倒是拉滿了。 我坐在户外喝咖啡，發會呆，突然一陣喧嘩，室內沖出一羣酒店的人在我邊上嚷嚷，一聽，在佈置工作，沒看見客人坐那嗎？呵斥一句，一羣人退回室內繼續嚷嚷去了。 這家酒店肯定算貴价的，老闆自己心裏也清楚，所以老闆的思路就是沒想到開啥價都有人捧場，所以老闆就放飛自己了。 酒店有個小禮品店，一個白色圓領T恤，印了個酒店的圖案，980[doge][偷笑R][偷笑R]一雙白色帆布鞋，1680… 這就是一個私人老闆開的單體酒店，也可能因為體量不大，各種成本都比較高，所以成了一家貴价的酒店。 茶樹菇燉雞，400塊；梅乾菜燒肉，200塊，這個算貴嗎？

The facilities are new, cleanliness is great, breakfast is good! The service of staff is great, professional, polite and helpful! Love this. The Puyuan Fashion Theme Park definitely worths the visit if you are a beginny who wish to have an experience the ancient Jiangnan scenery for the first time. It is a redesigned theme park with ancient town as basis. But everything is there especially if you re not sure what to expect, this is where you can start from. The scenery and experience is great. I had a photoshoot experience with Han costumes in Yun-Xiang Costume Shop, aka Pu Yuan Yi Jin. The photos are great! The team is great ! Love it! But would suggest to visit not during weekend because the whole park is busy, including the photoshoot shops re super busy. Make your appointment and planning.

任何古鎮都是夜景美如畫早起好拍照，因此含早餐自帶門票的古鎮酒店就很香了，濮院的各服務也很到位，接駁車也好工作人員也好全都有求必應，景區雖然人流如織但也井然有序，也能在喧囂中尋到幽靜，唯一的遺憾可能是景區外停車管理有點稀爛，歸家心切不慎刮擦，希望景區能更好規範停車管理疏導。
