The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. It offers a rare blend of cultured history, modern comfort, culinary delight, and, most importantly, a standard of service that makes you feel profoundly welcome. Stayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself. From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options. Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms. Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent. Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

Una experiencia increíble. Entorno: El hotel se encuentra en la tranquila zona central y trasera de Wuzhen. Aunque al mediodía hay mucha actividad, se puede escuchar el suave canto de los pájaros en la habitación. Servicio: El ama de llaves Banxia ofrece un servicio atento. Responderá a todas sus solicitudes y resolverá cualquier problema que surja. Por la noche, el camarero también preparará un baño de pies para aliviar el cansancio del día. Originalmente reservé un desayuno en barco, pero no se pudo realizar debido al mal tiempo, pero sentó las bases para el próximo viaje.

Realmente es un hotel 5 estrellas, desde la recepción al entrar al área escenica , ahi te registras, tu equipaje lo dejas ahí y te lo llevan a tu hotel, posteriormente te entregan tu entrada y un pase del bus para que puedan llevarte cómodamente a donde estas hospedo. Al llegar al hotel te esperan con mucha alegría y te llevan a la recepción del hotel donde te ofrecen los planes de alimentación y desayuno. Hay una persona que siempre esta a cargo de que estes bien y a través de wechat puedes hacerle cualquier consulta. La habitacion es muy comoda, con todas lo necesario , limpia, cama cómoda, te reciben con un plato de frutas y en pequeño frigobar puedes tomar refresco o cerveza gratis. Todo de gran calidad El desayuno es realmente bueno y es mucha comida, no pude terminarlo, pero todo es de gran sabor y calidad Hasta el ultimo momento estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y nos llevaron de regreso a la entrada para tomar el bus. Quiero reconocer en especial a 小华 por supuesto esmero y atención en todos los detalles, sin duda hacen la diferencia Hospedarse en este Hotel es realmente un tiempo muy agradable, volveré.

Este era nuestro hotel favorito durante nuestro viaje (y nos quedamos en 5 hoteles, algunos doble el precio de esto). Inicialmente me sentía apremiante porque no me gustaba el estilo de la habitación y prefería algo más simple y limpio, pero todo estaba tan bien hecho y ejecutado, terminaba siendo casi imposible salir de la habitación porque era tan simple ¡Increíblemente cómodo y cómodo! (se advierte de haha.). ¡Aún se nos ha mejorado a una habitación mucho más grande a pesar de que sólo se quedaba una noche! La vista del río desde la ventana a la noche era hermosa y el desayuno era abundante! El hotel tiene un maravilloso jardín y el lugar es maravilloso. También vi varias revisiones sobre el butler Xiao Wei y pensé que podría haber sido uno de esos revisiones y mencionar nuestros nombres para obtener un regalo gratuito que es popular en estos días pero no. Xiao Wei fue realmente la pieza de resistencia de este establecimiento y hizo nuestra estadía 100% incluso mejor que era 🥹. El hotel es muy agradable y muy cercano, muy amable y muy sincero en todos los sentidos, y su servicio fue por mucho el mejor que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel en todo el mundo. El último día descubrí que Wuzhen se especializa en un té específico de Chrysanthemum, pero no parecía encontrarlo. En cambio, me sorprendió con un bolso de eso cuando le envié un texto a sólo 30 minutos antes de salir. ¡Nos vamos a volver y permanecer en el Club Eden pronto!

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Haining. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was especially comfortable — perfect for a good rest after a long day. Service was professional and smooth throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hans for the warm hospitality and excellent assistance during our visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Haining.

西塘古鎮邊的良壤酒店 颱風天留人，把我留在了這個酒店。感謝颱風，酒店的預訂都取消了，整個酒店一共沒幾個客人，特別安靜。 入住前對這個酒店很期待，自帶園藝農場，確保果蔬新鮮，酒店又藝術又高級。住下來之後麼對酒店略帶失望。 這個酒店四四方方口字形，規整蠻規整的。口字形中間平鋪了一層水面，四周東西兩面三層大白牆，那是客房，南北兩面兩層的木結構，那是酒吧餐廳健身房。 房間也好酒店也好大量原木設計，老闆的喜好吧。 老闆還喜歡幽暗，暗得朦朦朧朧，不管白天黑夜。 老闆還喜歡展示她的美學品味，酒店到處都是這些個。。。藝術品？就像這個紅紅的墩子。 這些個都是老闆的喜好，有錢任性，這個不能吐槽。但是呢， 酒店電話打過去沒人接也不回覆，這個能吐槽，怎麼著啊，接線員請不起啊。 酒店的服務員不和善，這個也能吐槽，跟客人擦肩而過，服務員頭一昂衹當沒看到，氣質分倒是拉滿了。 我坐在户外喝咖啡，發會呆，突然一陣喧嘩，室內沖出一羣酒店的人在我邊上嚷嚷，一聽，在佈置工作，沒看見客人坐那嗎？呵斥一句，一羣人退回室內繼續嚷嚷去了。 這家酒店肯定算貴价的，老闆自己心裏也清楚，所以老闆的思路就是沒想到開啥價都有人捧場，所以老闆就放飛自己了。 酒店有個小禮品店，一個白色圓領T恤，印了個酒店的圖案，980[doge][偷笑R][偷笑R]一雙白色帆布鞋，1680… 這就是一個私人老闆開的單體酒店，也可能因為體量不大，各種成本都比較高，所以成了一家貴价的酒店。 茶樹菇燉雞，400塊；梅乾菜燒肉，200塊，這個算貴嗎？

Recientemente tuve el placer de hospedarme en Alila Wuzhen y puedo afirmar con seguridad que fue una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. Nos alojamos en la ”Garden Suite King”, que no solo era limpia y espaciosa, sino que también contaba con un impresionante jardín privado que añadió un toque de tranquilidad a nuestra estancia. La bañera de hidromasaje fue un detalle encantador, el lugar perfecto para relajarse y desconectar. El servicio en Alila Wuzhen fue excepcional. Tanto el servicio de habitaciones como el personal de recepción fueron increíblemente atentos y serviciales. En recepción se tomaron el tiempo de explicarnos detalladamente todas las instalaciones, asegurándose de que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y bien informados durante toda nuestra estancia. Uno de los momentos más destacados de nuestro viaje fue cenar en el restaurante chino del hotel. La comida era fantástica y el ambiente se veía realzado por una elegante decoración rodeada de bambú. Este cuidado diseño creó una sensación de privacidad en cada mesa, haciendo que nuestra experiencia gastronómica fuera aún más placentera. También me alegró descubrir que el gimnasio está abierto las 24 horas, lo cual es una gran ventaja para los amantes del fitness. Además, la piscina cubierta se mantenía a una temperatura agradable, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de un refrescante baño incluso durante las frías noches de invierno. Por último, el diseño tipo villa del hotel es sencillamente impresionante. Cada rincón es estéticamente encantador, invitando a tomar fotos a cada paso. En resumen, Alila Wuzhen superó mis expectativas, ¡y estoy deseando volver para otra estancia inolvidable!

任何古鎮都是夜景美如畫早起好拍照，因此含早餐自帶門票的古鎮酒店就很香了，濮院的各服務也很到位，接駁車也好工作人員也好全都有求必應，景區雖然人流如織但也井然有序，也能在喧囂中尋到幽靜，唯一的遺憾可能是景區外停車管理有點稀爛，歸家心切不慎刮擦，希望景區能更好規範停車管理疏導。
