From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere where history and contemporary luxury are woven together with impeccable taste. The property itself is a masterpiece of preservation. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself. From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options. Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms. Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent. Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

IIveeeTheir service is top-notched! Dedicated butler add you to WeChat group, you can contact him anytime. Really impressive. Probably the place is an ancient water town, the design is rather old fashioned as you see in my photos. Cleanliness was okay, not extremely clean, acceptable. We were there and it was raining heavily so was hard to explore Wuzhen. Will visit them again if we have a chance. Thank you to the team!

UUsuario invitadoExceptional Stay – Highly Recommended From the moment of pick-up at the guest service center to the final drop-off, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The entire experience was highly professional while still maintaining a warm and personal touch. The room was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, including a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, the scenic area and park were clearly explained, and throughout my stay the staff anticipated needs almost before I expressed them. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was extremely friendly and attentive. While English was basic, they handled communication seamlessly using mobile translators, ensuring everything was smooth and efficient. A special highlight was the complimentary boat ride from the hotel along the main canal to the reception area — a beautiful and memorable experience. The scenic area itself is stunning: charming during daylight and absolutely magical at night when illuminated. The hotel’s location is ideal — just a few steps from the river, centrally positioned within the park, and very close to the most iconic bridges. I can strongly recommend both the scenic area and especially this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoConduje desde Shanghái hasta Haining para cenar con mis amigos. Busqué en Ctrip y encontré el Hotel Hualuxe, que parecía prometedor. El hotel era realmente agradable, con amplio estacionamiento y garaje subterráneo. La recepcionista, Xiao Guo, fue muy profesional y atenta. Antes de irme, hice la reserva con prisas y no me di cuenta de que el desayuno no estaba incluido. Se lo expliqué durante el check-in y me ayudó a solicitarlo y lo solucionó. Incluso me preparó el desayuno. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era perfecta para mis necesidades, especialmente las almohadas; mi cuello se sentía muy cómodo después de dormir. Sin duda, será mi primera opción la próxima vez que visite Haining, así que lo recomiendo ampliamente.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

DDanny SukwongWe often come to the Hilton. It is well located, next to lots of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and superb views. The executive lounge on the 49th floor has free drinks during dinner with a calm business feeling. There is a 24hr gym, a clean swimming pool with a sauna. There’s also a delicious breakfast.
