A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. Stayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself. From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options. Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms. Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent. Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

Conduje desde Shanghái hasta Haining para cenar con mis amigos. Busqué en Ctrip y encontré el Hotel Hualuxe, que parecía prometedor. El hotel era realmente agradable, con amplio estacionamiento y garaje subterráneo. La recepcionista, Xiao Guo, fue muy profesional y atenta. Antes de irme, hice la reserva con prisas y no me di cuenta de que el desayuno no estaba incluido. Se lo expliqué durante el check-in y me ayudó a solicitarlo y lo solucionó. Incluso me preparó el desayuno. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era perfecta para mis necesidades, especialmente las almohadas; mi cuello se sentía muy cómodo después de dormir. Sin duda, será mi primera opción la próxima vez que visite Haining, así que lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Realmente es un hotel 5 estrellas, desde la recepción al entrar al área escenica , ahi te registras, tu equipaje lo dejas ahí y te lo llevan a tu hotel, posteriormente te entregan tu entrada y un pase del bus para que puedan llevarte cómodamente a donde estas hospedo. Al llegar al hotel te esperan con mucha alegría y te llevan a la recepción del hotel donde te ofrecen los planes de alimentación y desayuno. Hay una persona que siempre esta a cargo de que estes bien y a través de wechat puedes hacerle cualquier consulta. La habitacion es muy comoda, con todas lo necesario , limpia, cama cómoda, te reciben con un plato de frutas y en pequeño frigobar puedes tomar refresco o cerveza gratis. Todo de gran calidad El desayuno es realmente bueno y es mucha comida, no pude terminarlo, pero todo es de gran sabor y calidad Hasta el ultimo momento estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y nos llevaron de regreso a la entrada para tomar el bus. Quiero reconocer en especial a 小华 por supuesto esmero y atención en todos los detalles, sin duda hacen la diferencia Hospedarse en este Hotel es realmente un tiempo muy agradable, volveré.

Este era nuestro hotel favorito durante nuestro viaje (y nos quedamos en 5 hoteles, algunos doble el precio de esto). Inicialmente me sentía apremiante porque no me gustaba el estilo de la habitación y prefería algo más simple y limpio, pero todo estaba tan bien hecho y ejecutado, terminaba siendo casi imposible salir de la habitación porque era tan simple ¡Increíblemente cómodo y cómodo! (se advierte de haha.). ¡Aún se nos ha mejorado a una habitación mucho más grande a pesar de que sólo se quedaba una noche! La vista del río desde la ventana a la noche era hermosa y el desayuno era abundante! El hotel tiene un maravilloso jardín y el lugar es maravilloso. También vi varias revisiones sobre el butler Xiao Wei y pensé que podría haber sido uno de esos revisiones y mencionar nuestros nombres para obtener un regalo gratuito que es popular en estos días pero no. Xiao Wei fue realmente la pieza de resistencia de este establecimiento y hizo nuestra estadía 100% incluso mejor que era 🥹. El hotel es muy agradable y muy cercano, muy amable y muy sincero en todos los sentidos, y su servicio fue por mucho el mejor que hemos conocido en cualquier hotel en todo el mundo. El último día descubrí que Wuzhen se especializa en un té específico de Chrysanthemum, pero no parecía encontrarlo. En cambio, me sorprendió con un bolso de eso cuando le envié un texto a sólo 30 minutos antes de salir. ¡Nos vamos a volver y permanecer en el Club Eden pronto!

Fantastic rooms. Very large and well designed. Restaurants do not do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It's not cheap but it's very good value for what you get. Me he quedado dos veces y me habría quedado de nuevo.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Tong'an locate at one of the best location, convenient for visiting the whole place without wasting time and energy. Facilities are great and cleanliness are at high standard. One particluar thing worth to mention with our gratitude here is - hotel staffs' honesty. We forgetfully and carelessly left an envelope with cash 1000 Yuan when we checked out and we realized about it only next day. When we called and checked, they told us that housekeeping staffs found and passed it to the front desk. They made the transfer back to my AliPay account immediately without any delay. Their honesty and swift action are highly commendable and we aee very glad to recognize and recommend for Tong'an Inn and its staffs. Thank you.

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

We often come to the Hilton. It is well located, next to lots of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and superb views. The executive lounge on the 49th floor has free drinks during dinner with a calm business feeling. There is a 24hr gym, a clean swimming pool with a sauna. There’s also a delicious breakfast.
