Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. The apartment-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities — perfect for both short and long stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small detail to note is that slippers were not provided in the room, so I had to request them from the front desk. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient if they were placed in the room by default. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant and rooftop pool, which added extra convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want comfort, space, and a central location in Sydney.

The hotel is in a great location. Central to circular quay and darling harbour. Very close to wynards train station. Although on a steep road it’s not too far to walk from York street. Everything about the hotel was spotless from having the doors open everytime you entered or left the hotel. The only disappointment for us was the breakfast. We felt for what you are paying for the food wasn’t value for money. All in all a very nice hotel and would reccommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. The service was warm, attentive, and always delivered with a smile, even the housekeeping team - which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Waking up to the city views and proximity to a close harbour run every morning and seeing the city lights at night was such a treat. The bed was so comfortable that we looked forward to returning after a full day of exploring Sydney. The location couldn’t have been better. We could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and public transport, yet the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The absolute highlight was the Saturday night fireworks over Darling Harbour. Watching the fireworks light up the harbour from the hotel was simply magical and became one of our favourite memories of the trip. If you’re staying over a Saturday, don’t miss it! We also made good use of the infinity pool and gym, both of which were excellent and well maintained. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

The hotel had a great location and the staff were very friendly. I could accept the interior cleaning every two days. However, the most significant drawback was that on the last day, check-out was at 11:00 AM. At 10:30 AM, I was changing in the living room when the cleaning staff walked right in. This startled me greatly, and I immediately and angrily told him it wasn't check-out time yet. This was truly the only minor flaw of the four nights.

Wonderful family trip staying at the Darling at the Star! Location is good, very close to Fish Market, nice atmosphere with cozy cafes & restaurants at close vicinity (and a large Coles too!) Stunning view of the Darling Harbour. Room is neat & spacious. Staff were extremely helpful, especially credits to a Front Desk Staff named Tristan settling my room arrangement & bill issue very efficiently. Highly recommend this hotel!

Este es el único hotel grande en la zona y hay algunos restaurantes grandes cerca - Carmela, Margaret, Bill’s etc. útilmente cerca de Chemist Warehouse para los esenciales que has olvidado. En el negativo: Se debe clasificar como 4* - bastante barato construido y mantenido. No lo que usted podría considerar ser de lujo. Las habitaciones son oscuras, con mal pensado exhibición; el techo rara vez vacío (si en absoluto) durante nuestra estancia de cinco noches. Las pulverizaciones de la cabeza de la ducha se bloquearon, el agua de baño también se bloqueó. Las pulverizaciones no eran muy limpias. Windows en la habitación y la sala de cenas muy sucia. Gran sitio de construcción adyacente, así que nos movimos habitaciones para alejarnos del ruido y la vista de las cranes. We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
