My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

Amazing stay! The view was absolutely beautiful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

We traveled to Sydney over NYE, so choices were limited as I booked quite late. Limited in the sense of price / quality. I think Meriton was a good alternative with also a decent view on the firework. Since I went by boat on 9pm firework I didn’t need to be close for the midnight one (personal choice) Reception was superb, we got the room already at around 12:30. Very friendly staff. We were in Tower 3, so had to walk quite a bit indoors to get there. But getting out is easy, the tower has a separate entry / exit. Overall, that was the summary: • Spacious family-friendly apartments with very large rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows • Stunning views from the third tower, including a clear view all the way to the Harbour Bridge on New Year’s Eve • Excellent location with direct metro access, major shopping malls within walking distance, and great breakfast cafés nearby We stayed here as a family over New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic experience. While it was not cheap, the space, views, and connectivity more than justify the price, making it an excellent base for exploring Sydney comfortably.

We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Las opciones de comida son abundantes durante el desayuno y pueden ordenar diferentes estilos de huevos y preparación de cocina durante el desayuno y también pueden ordenar diferentes selección de bebidas calientes o refrigeradas. El hotel está limpio y está cerca de la ciudad china, el mercado de paddys y el puerto fácilmente accesible a la sala de estar a una distancia de caminar de 7-10 minutos. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor de la zona y tiendas de helado también . Hay incluso un parque en la parte de atrás del hotel y un parque infantil. Recomiendo muy a este hotel. Hay 2 piscinas en el hotel en el piso 22 y 29 . El hotel está junto al cine Imax .

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out. However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

Usé un cupón de Ctrip, ¡y valió muchísimo la pena! Incluso pude acceder al salón ejecutivo, aunque la comida era regular. Pero la ubicación, las vistas y la habitación eran excelentes. La suite ofrecía una vista perfectamente central para los fuegos artificiales, ¡espectacular!

My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

酒店位置很方便～離附近沙灘近走路到網紅咖啡店～服務好～吃的也不錯 除了定的兩個房間自動窗簾打不開修了很久（估計因為畢竟酒店不新了～但看得出維護的蠻好的）還有攜程訂錯房間類型～其他總體還是可以的 攜程訂錯房間不是酒店的問題but確實影響experience～酒店因為當天我定的房型全滿也沒法給我了～但是前台儘量解決issue的態度蠻好的～ 酒店的服務人員都很nice～所以整體experience還是可以的

La ubicación es perfecta en el corazón de Chinatown, a pocos pasos del Teatro Capitol y a pocos minutos del ferrocarril y de la estación central. La suite era increíblemente espaciosa, limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba: una cocina completa, lavandería interna y una cama muy cómoda. Recomiendo muy bien que cualquiera que desee una base central con mucho espacio para relajarse.

Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.
