My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number.

We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Stayed at Meriton Suites Pitt Street Sydney and had a generally comfortable experience with a few areas that could be improved. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, shopping, and dining. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything needed for a longer stay. I also appreciated the balcony and the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day out. However, considering the price, the overall value felt slightly lacking. The rates are on the higher side, and I did notice that the bathtub cleanliness could be improved, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the facilities and convenience still make it a decent choice for those who prefer apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Sydney. With some improvements in cleanliness and pricing, it would be an even better stay.

Usé un cupón de Ctrip, ¡y valió muchísimo la pena! Incluso pude acceder al salón ejecutivo, aunque la comida era regular. Pero la ubicación, las vistas y la habitación eran excelentes. La suite ofrecía una vista perfectamente central para los fuegos artificiales, ¡espectacular!

Nos quedamos en Meriton Suites Kent Street y nos disfrutamos de la ubicación y el estilo de apartamento. La elegimos principalmente porque incluye una cocina, lavadora y más de un diseño de estilo doméstico que sólo una habitación de hotel estándar, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia de tres noches fuera mucho más cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de Chinatown, lo que facilita la exploración de restaurantes, mercados y mercados locales, mientras que se encuentra a una distancia de paseo de las principales atracciones y marcas de Sydney. El hotel en sí era funcional y nos acomodó bien. En general, era un lugar cómodo y cómodo para quedarse, y definitivamente nos quedaríamos allí otra vez.

El hotel está cerca del Golfo, está más tranquilo y el paisaje es bueno. El ambiente del restaurante de desayuno es cómodo y el tipo no es rico. La habitación es más cómoda y limpia, pero el techo de metal en la pared del dormitorio tiene un ángulo muy estrecho y es muy peligroso. El personal del departamento de hoteles está muy entusiasta y el nivel de servicio de la recepción tiene espacio para mejorar.
