The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

We love this hotel! It’s new and nicely designed. I love the ID so much that I wanted my own house to be designed the same!!! It’s next to the Chadstone shopping Center, you can dive into this shopping paradise before your flight back home!

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

La habitación con vista al cielo que nos dieron estaba en el piso 67, con una vista preciosa y una ubicación céntrica inmejorable, cerca de muchas opciones de comida y supermercado. El único problema que tuvimos fue que el wifi era muy lento, sobre todo desde la tarde hasta la noche, y la cobertura de datos también era irregular, ¿quizás debido a la altura del piso? Por lo demás, tuvimos una estancia agradable y sin duda lo recomendamos.

Hotel con una situación perfecta para visitar Melbourne. Habitaciones en la línea de la marca, funcionales y cómodas. Como pega, cuesta muchísimo llegar a la habitación por los ascensores escasos y lo lejos que está la habitación de los ascensores. Desayuno correcto, había de todo y variado. Si volviese a Melbourne me volvería a alojar aquí, calidad precio razonable y servicios adecuados.

Creo que el servicio de estacionamiento es bueno, la zona pública y las habitaciones parecen limpias, el estacionamiento es conveniente, el precio no es caro, la situación en las dos noches en general se siente muy cómodo, bastante bueno.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
