Mi esposa se fue hasta decirlo el mejor hotel que ha estado en el y puedo decir que la cama es la más comfiesta que haya estado en el hotel! ¡Simplemente excelente y definitivamente volveremos!! Reservamos este hotel como estaba en una ubicación ideal, con buenas opiniones y estacionamiento de cruceros. No nos decepcionamos. Nos habíamos arreglado para dejar nuestro coche antes de comprobar para poder visitar Southampton, esto fue un fácil 15 a 20 minutos a pie. My wife booked this via *********** for an overnight stay before we left for our cruise. On arrival we were greeted by a foreign lady who didn’t speak much English. We explained who we were and she went and got us a key but then said we had to pay an extra £20 for our young son. We asked why and she could not explain so asked us to call the owner as it was her instructions. We spoke with the lady who owned the place who was quite arrogant and again her English was not that good. She advised that she was boarding a flight in 15mins and we needed to pay £40 cash or leave. We explained it was only £20 so why was it now £40 she said as there was x3 people we had only booked for one person. We explained that we had accidentally booked the family room for one person but this was corrected and we had a confirmation email from ***********. She said they never updated her so we would have to contact them or pay up. We said we would call them as I was on the phone to *********** the lady who gave us the key came to the room and told us she was instructed to take the key back. Literally a few minutes after getting off the phone to the owner. We were then told to speak with the owner again who re-iterated we paid or left. We asked about the £100 we paid via *********** and she refused to refund this saying we had to contact them. We advised we would call the police as this appeared to be a scam. But she just said leave or pay. I then got onto *********** who confirmed the booking was made initially for three people but then amended and they would call the owner but she refused to answer. In the end we had a young child and we’re unlikely to find something else so we paid and stayed the night. The room was basic and clean and the beds were comfortable but there was loud music and a dog barking all night. On looking out the window there was gangs of people hanging around making us nervous as we had all our cases in the car parked outside. I would not recommend this place and it was such a downer to the start of our holiday. I have contacted Booking .com and have also noted similar practices with the owner doing this to other people. Book at your own peril!

Apartamento limpio y muy bueno para comer si optamos por cocinar. No podría quedarme de nuevo porque necesito buenos ciegos/curtientes que bloquean la luz en la mañana, ya que no puedo dormir en una habitación brillante, así que realmente no dormi bien en todo lo que a continuación afecta su energía en los días que planeaste. También se sorprendió por las cordas en los ciegos que se apoderaron, ya que esto podría ser un accidente mortal para un niño muy joven. Es un apartamento para que los huéspedes arriba/bajo etc puedan afectar su estancia, por suerte mis niños no se despertaron con el ruido de la noche que viene de arriba, así que no rompió completamente nuestra estancia allí. El hotel está en una zona de aparcamiento muy cercana a la zona de aparcamiento de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de interés.

Alquilé uno de los apartamentos este fin de semana acaba de irse 27 th-30th Aug y fue apasionado desde el principio hasta el final , primero nunca he conocido un sistema check.im como el que funcionan estas personas, no una vez vimos a nadie, He enviado 3 días antes de nuestra estancia para descubrir cómo comprobar sin respuesta , tenía un mensaje a través de la aplicación 2 horas antes de comprobar en busca de foto Id de ambos de nosotros como estaba con un amigo , luego entró en los apartamentos para un mensaje en la puerta delantera para llamar al número , I Llamado a decir que habíamos llegado pensando que alguien nos iba a entrar, pero en su lugar, tengo un mensaje con instrucciones sobre cómo entrar en nuestro apartamento, así que finalmente nos encontramos en hermosa caldera en entonces comenzamos a encontrar cosas malas , sin cerradura de baño , Ducha moldeada, WC no flushing correctamente, Thd Lino en la cocina estaba llegando que era un peligro especialmente porque estoy deficiente, entonces vamos.Salimos y la manguera de la puerta salió en mi mano, así que tomé fotos y envié a la que era el número de aplicación que tenía, Se dijo que lo siento y que el equipo de mantenimiento debería estar en él el día siguiente. Entonces recibo un email para decir que habían tomado el pago por el apartamento pero la cantidad fue de £50 más que lo habíamos reservado en do.i mensaje para ser dito su fallo booking.com y que se les contactarían , Aún estoy esperando en medio tiempo el domingo que realmente caí debido al lino de cocina así que me siento muy doloroso y ha hecho mi ya doloroso trasero peor y no ha hecho mucho por mi cuello donde tuve el reemplazo el pasado mes de septiembre, también he arrastrado músculo y meca de juguetes de lavar , He enviado una reclamación y también me pregunté por la aplicación qué si esto se ha revivido pero parece que ahora se está ignorando, todo el apartamento sabio de fin de semana fue un desastre y el domingo se arruina porque estaba en dolor y cud no movía mi cuello. También para información la nevera y la microonda no estaban en la cocina, pero en el bit vivo donde estaban las camas y la nevera es muy ruidosa , las fotos en booking.com no parecen lo mismo que lo que u obtiene y el estacionamiento es terrible, No se ha aparcado fuera de la propiedad el fin de semana aparte de la llegada.

La habitación es muy limpia y agradable. Bien diseñado con todo lo que necesita para un corto período de estancia. Las instalaciones de cocina son especialmente ingeniosas. Me dio un excelente servicio cuando lo necesito. A solo diez minutos a pie del extremo norte del centro de la ciudad y a sólo cinco minutos a pie de algunas tiendas y pubs.
