We arrived at 4:00pm dropped our things and left to go shopping. When we returned we noticed no sheets for the pull-out couch. We then unfolded the couch in both rooms… ugh! 1 had blood stains on the mattress cover and the other was an old brown stained twin mattress on a queen pull-out. I went to try and find a manager. None on sight but a very sweet lady wondering the halls with a clipboard helped us. She went and took the soiled linens and got another mattress to replace the soiled twin one. We then noticed that the microwave was rusted and also did not work and there was no toilet paper. We discovered the toilet paper at 4 o’clock in the morning! When I went to the acting manager the next morning and said there was no toilet paper her response was, “you right, you right, my bad“. I will be calling corporate on Monday morning first thing!
