Positives: - like all lakeshore hotels in Taiwan, fantastic breakfast spread, especially incorporating local hualien food like gongzheng baos etc… - sauna with a sea view.. what else to ask for - children playroom - comfy rooms and excellent service all round by all staff - bath tub near the window where you can soak and see the sea - coin operated laundry room with washers and dryers (affordable plus only two each.. so may have to wait) - small snacks and beverages provided for guests daily on the ground floor Negatives: - only really gripes is the location.. about 2 km away from the city centre so not much to do in the neighbourhood - sea view room is actually the view of the port and a distance away… technically hotel is not wrong.. but should lower your own expectations

Spacious and clean. Staff helpful and provide free shutter services to and fro Hualien station. Only exception it don't provide free toothbrush, paste and shaver. On the whole pleasant staying.

This is a nice hotel. It is clean and welcoming.  I did not try the food there. The seaview is not really worth as it is too far from the sea, but the rooms are a good size. The staff were friendly. Just make sure you message the staff 24 hours in advance to book a free transfer. They would not provide a same day service. Overall, a good hotel. About 3km from downtown. I did not mind walking, but taxis are cheap.

The room was clean and had a nice ocean view and small balcony. Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Not near the nigh market but there are restaurants around. Good experience.

Short stopover stay at Hualien for Taroko. Rooms are clean. A bit far away from the centre but there are few nice restaurants nearby. Didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment much.

It is a very good hotel for the price it charges. Only problem is the bed and too soft.

호텔 위치는 화롄 한 가운데라 좋습니다. 다만 객실 내 웰컴맥주 2병 외 무료생수가 없었고 샤워가운 등 기본 어메니티가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 생각보다 훌륭했고 경치가 좋습니다.
