«The hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers.»
