Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta

Hotel cancelled on me with only a couple of hours notice and I was relocated to a lower standard of hotel. Will not be booking here again.

The front desk lady scanned my card and it took the $100 incidental fee out of my account but for some reason they said it didn’t report on there end. Then I am told to fill out a email that had me answer about 20 questions!!! Very inconvenient!!! Then the following day. I had to go through the same process again. The guy was rude to me when I called the front desk to ask him why was $250 taken from my account and out in hood when it was suppose to be a total of $100 taken out of my account. He started to explain what happen and as I was in the middle of listening I needed to make a statement asking about the situation more in depth. And next thing u know he hangs up the phone in my face. I haven’t stayed at a Sheraton property in over 20 years and now I remember why!!! The guy at the front desk was looking totally unprofessional . His hair looked like it hasn’t been washed and groomed in 30 years!!! A super bad impression on a first time visitor like myself. And he and I both have Nubian texture hair. The bed was so used and worn out it was the worse sleep I have had in 10 years. It was so many lumps in the bed I basically didn’t sleep. And the shower had no color code that represented the temperature. So I would just guess it the water was hot or cold. I would love to get a full refund for stay here!! Oh it’s much much more such as the ironing board was broken!! Etc etc etc. I will be back to the Marriot where the standards are much higher and The staff really cares

This Sheraton hotel room is the BEST I have ever stayed in. So spacious, has a microwave and couch - living room style. I didn’t know it’s now owned by Marriott (don’t like Marriott). For the price, it’s a bargain. Breakfast was free and lovely.

They tell you on the phone that there is an indoor pool for use in the winter. This is a lie. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool and as such it is ice cold and filled with dirt and leaves.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel for Christmas. The staff & management were fantastic! The weather was rainy but they all made our stay very nice. Thank you to Night Manager, Mr. Kerwin who was super hospitable and kind. He had a very pleasant attitude and provided great service. We will definitely stay again.

At check-in the front desk notified me there would be a $19 charge for self park in their parking garage. This is unacceptable. It’s a gotcha/surprise charge totally out of nowhere. The properties that are available through your app should offer all inclusive pricing that takes into consideration the parking fee or there should be an acknowledgment screen that discloses the fee and gives your customers the chance to back out without completing the reservation. As it was this constitutes an unfair business practice and you should refund me the $19 or I may consider filing a complaint with the regulators.

The property is so close to mall you can walk. I didn't like the bed we slept on, it was not comfortable. Other than that the hotel and staff was great

The hotel is being remodeled, and it needs it. The cushions in the dining area are worn, and it was showing where in other areas too. But our room was large and clean. Check-in was seamless, and overall the staff was just great. Very friendly and efficient. The bar drinks were very expensive, but the service was great.

The hotel was clean for the most part. I think they should invest renovations. Every time someone takes a shower you can hear the pipes knocking. I can tell there was some water damaged patched up on the bathroom ceiling. Other than that I was happy with the room. It was clean it had a really cold refrigerator and microwave which is one reason I chose this room and it was very spacious. Room was clean, all tv’s worked, and my view was Beautiful! I would stay again for sure .
