Beach Center Villa

The villa is only a 5 minute walking distance to the beach or to the city center of Sitges. You'll find plenty of restaurants and bars. The train station of Sitges is 9 minute walking distance. There is regular trains to Barcelona airport and to the centre of Barcelona. The villa is located south, there is always sun, and has a private pool and garden. There is also a shaded terrace with another apartments where you can enjoy some shade at the side of the pool. There is a bbq, large table, chairs for 8 people on the large terrace next to the pool. Inside the apartment there is a bright living area with a large terrace with table and chairs. Also there is access to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is a large digital tv, table and chairs for 8 people. There is wi-fi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the front balcony over looking the pool. In the villa can sleep up to a maximum of 9 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds bunk beds. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and LCD TV with USB slot.
