Hermosísimo lugar! Los empleados muy atentos! Lo unico mejorable es el restaurant AL MOLO! El resto impecable.

El hotel es muy bonito, con jardines preciosos. El personal de recepción NO está a la altura del precio y el servicio esperad. El hotel queda en un cerro en Sirmione y nos han dicho que “no esperemos que nos lleven todos los días hacia el pueblo” Por ser feriado debimos dejar nuestro auto en el estacionamiento abajo. Se nos informó en el hotel mediante una carta en nuestra habitación que podíamos ir a buscarlo para entrar después de las 19.00. Lo que no se nos informó era que era entre 19 y 21. Al pedir ahora que nos lleven en carrito el recepcionista con muchas llaves en su chaqueta fue poco amable y no a la altura de el precio y servicio esperado. In English I think that the best way describe it is not acording to the price.. we have 2 rooms and we will start for a Week. I hope they Can improve the things in the front desk

Nice hotel, super beautiful garden, above average food (not super excellent as you would expect here) BUT very disappointing experience! We have ordered the most expensive room with a rate of 1000EUR/night from which 300EUR/night was for the jacuzzi included. Jacuzzi was however very cold and simply did not work. The explanation was that there was too cold outside for this jacuzzi and therefore need higher temperature so that it works properly. Very original explanation which basically means that the jacuzzi works only in the summer :) At this point one would expect that they refund you 300EUR/night without any discussion however after 4 weeks of waiting I was offered a voucher with the explanation that they are not able to refund you the money. THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN IN THE MOST LUXURY AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL IN THE AREA WITH RATE of 1000EUR/NIGHT! Enjoy the hotel, don't pay for the jacuzzi which is useless and in case of any problem you will be offered voucher and not refund.

A beautiful hotel set in incredible grounds and although we stayed in a basic room without a balcony it still had an amazing view, beautiful luxurious bed linen and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic, we also ate lunch when we arrived and both pasta dishes were delicious. On the whole the staff were fantastic not sure if someone on the front desk was having a bad day when we arrived but I found them the least helpful we had booked a boat ride through the hotel prior to our stay and I had to ask them twice what the arrangements were for it. They didn’t tell us where we were to have breakfast the following morning or give any information about the pool and pool towels. If I were to give one criticism it would be the plastic drinking glasses left in the room for water and in the bathroom, not what I’d expect at this level of a hotel.

What a nigh**are! Turned off air conditioning during our entire stay (7 days out of 9) , and we had to keep windows closed because of lots of mosquitoes willing to enter. Room temperature reached 30°C (85°F) at night as a consequence. Couldn’t sleep well during our entire stay. Management offered a bigger room, which was much nicer, but problem persisted, of course The property is beautifully, well maintained, well located, and breakfast is good. As a compensation, air conditioning doesn’t work, there’re mosquitoes, flies, bees all over, and some employees (not all of them), won’t give a s… about you.

one of the most peaceful and beautiful hotels I've ever visited with charming private gardens and pathways to relax and dream. the room was clean and comfortable. restaurant dinner was excellent. staff friendly and very accommodating. all in all a marvelous stay. the arrival adds a bit of challenge and adventure as one drives through a pedestrian zone to get to the hotel's hidden gated entrance. all around a most wonderful stay.

The rooms are beautiful, and the grounds and view are amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room service is delicious and fast, when they made a mistake on my pasta sauce they when over the top to make it right. My husband ordered the burger twice because it was so good. Town is in walking distance.
