El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas y tiene una gran ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy limpio, tiene una ducha grande (muy buena!!!) y se limpia todos los días. ¡Me gustaba que en la cama había dos diferentes cucharas, una suave y una firme! ¡Porque sólo me gustan las suaves, es genial para mí! La comida es muy agradable y útil. Reservar taxis en la noche para nosotros o dar buenas consejos como tuvimos algunos problemas con la tarjeta de crédito (no era culpa del hotel, era el banco!) y lo mejor : la cosa siempre sonríe! ¡No olvidemos la bonita máquina de zumo de naranja (dos!). tener un zumo de naranja fresco después del día de trabajo caliente fue genial! No me tomé ninguna foto del hotel, pero lo hice de la máquina de jugo :) El desayuno era agradable y siempre hay algo para todos. Me encanta la comida asiática, así que me disfruté de los caya y los frutos frescos. El café también es agradable y me encanta el té masala! En la esquina del hotel se puede comer famoso Katong laksa! el mejor en la ciudad en mi opinión honesta! También cinco estrellas de pollo es un buen lugar para comer, ya que sirven un buen arroz de pollo hainanes. Si sales de la calle de cinco estrellas de pollo, encontrarás Mel ́s Place, un hermoso jardín de cerveza con gente local. Cuando viaja, me gusta conectar con la gente local y obtener más consejos agradables para ir, así que mis consejos aquí están lejos de las zonas turísticas y eventos.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Me las arreglé para conseguir una habitación mejorada gratis. ¡Tener un buen bidé fue una ventaja! El aire acondicionado era agradable y fresco. Bastante espacioso en comparación con otras opciones de hotel y vale la pena el precio. ¡Disfrutamos de las bebidas y bocadillos gratuitos! ¡Las comodidades de la habitación del hotel se ven bien limpias y nuevas!

La ubicación es muy buena, la belleza de un hotel es muy agradable, la belleza de un hotel es muy buena. Todo sobre el hotel fue excepcional, excepto que pagan $10 por dos conjuntos de mesa (plata, limonada, forjas y bolas)vidrio no incluidos 😂😂.. pero distinto de que todo era grande.. Era limpio, elegante, acogedor con excelente servicio . El hotel está muy bien equipado y cómodo. Me alegro de mi estancia. Espero estar de vuelta para una visita más larga en el futuro.

I actually booked a King, Marina Bay View for my birthday staycation and requested for higher floor. But during check-in, I was told that the hotel had overbooked the King room and whether I would mind taking a room with two single beds joined together with a $100 dining credit as a form of compensation. We decided to accept the offer but when we went up to the room, I'm a bit disappointed with the view as we were located at level 11 and once I opened the door I could immediately see the construction site directly infront of me before the Marina Bay View. It was really an eye sore. As it was a birthday staycation for myself, I had decided to see whether can I pay for an upgrade. In the end, I managed to pay for an upgrade to the Millenia Suite (the only suite left). The staff had given me a $300 discount and let me retain the $100 dining voucher. They are very fast in responding, and I'm impressed that all their staff are given the autonomy to provide guests the discount and benefits As I had stated, it was a birthday staycation, and the hotel had given me some chef's desserts and a handwritten personalised birthday card - this is really a very nice gesture! It actually costs a lot more than expected, but the view and the room at level 31 do make my birthday a memorable one.

Nos encontramos allí para celebrar el Día Nacional. No es nuestra primera vez en este hotel. Inspección rápida a pesar de la multitud pero por primera vez Encontró larga cola en el ascensor. La vista desde el piso superior fue fantástico. Los niños estaban felices y nos disfrutamos de las obras de fuego.

El nuevo hotel acaba de abrir en abril de este año, es un hotel económico, por lo que las habitaciones en general son pequeñas, pero las instalaciones son completas. El vestíbulo es muy bonito y elegante. Hay instalaciones públicas como gimnasios y restaurantes disponibles. El transporte es conveniente, a 200 metros del metro. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares en los alrededores de Club Street, que es una calle de vida nocturna popular entre hombres y mujeres jóvenes. Justo en las afueras de Chinatown, a sólo dos paradas del centro financiero. Aunque tiene un máximo de 3 estrellas en China y cuesta 1.000 yuanes, en Singapur se considera barato.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Es nuestra primera experiencia en este hotel. Se abrió y se renovó. Tenía una estancia agradable aunque se nos envía tarde después del trabajo. Se dio una sala de upgrades gratuita con balcón. Está frente al Monte Faber Hill. Area tranquila y privada para una relajación. Toallas han sido bididas y eso me excita. La recepción estaba dando un gran servicio y un buen check-in. 2 paradas de Habourfront y Vivo City. La ubicación es tan fácil como el acceso al autobús y MRT. El hotel está bien situado en el centro de la ciudad.

It is located on the same floor of arrival hall and only a few steps away once we land at terminal 3. The MRT is also in terminal 3 of Changi Airport which makes it so easy to commute to the city.  Lots of restaurants in basement 2 and also a supermarket if you need drinks or snacks. We are able to push our airport trolley of luggage directly to our room. Really excellent!
