I booked a different kind of experience for my partner's birthday celebration this year, as I want to deviate from the typical hotel stay. Despite my partner initial skepticism about the location and place😂 To his pleasant surprise upon entering the room, he found that he thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the distinctive concept, especially the breathtaking view by the river facing Marina Bay Sands, along with a cozy patio to relax and soak in the scenery, made it feel like a mini vacation for him. The loft was incredibly cozy and well-equipped, with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, utensils, wine glass and more. All you needed to bring is your toothbrush and toothpaste-They do not provide that. Make sure to follow the instructions before checking in. I was guided by Loc and the team, who was very attentive and helpful 👍👍 I would say it's a good location, especially with its convenient access to the MRT and surrounded by numerous eateries, bars and restaurants. Despite being aware of the "location," I hoped that since it was a Monday, the noise wouldn't be too bad at night. I figured it would be quiet down by midnight, or at most 1am? However, I was completely wrong. The bar next door inexplicably increased the volume of their music until 4 am in the morning. Regrettably, my partner and I struggled to have a restful night's sleep. Therefore, anyone who is a light sleeper should avoid this place or consider bringing your own earbuds. Alternatively, you could opt for a room facing away from the front view, maybe it would be less noisy. In general, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd consider trying out this chain again, but perhaps at a different location.😉

I love this place, good Location, near all the bar and restaurants, 7-11 and city. In this hotel when I first arrived Divina, Loc and Ryan are so helpful and amazing, they added me in the WhatsApp group to helped on how to check in and stuffs ( Oh this place has no gym and super near one of the gym and well) in case you never been to Singapore pls prepare some of your money in Visa card. Since the deposit will be online and is 200$ which they will transfer to you back after check out♥️ The room is good and clean, I like that they have the irons for your too and hair dyer which are really helpful for the women. I Highly recommended this hotel and will be back again Singapore 🇸🇬

Divina, Loc, and Ryan provided very friendly check-in service. From carrying my luggage to connecting to WiFi, they all helped me a lot. The room is very clean and suitable for living alone. The hotel is situated in the city center, making it very convenient to access any destination.

Amazing stay and very helpful staff. Many thanks to Loc. we have a problem with the debit card and Loc solved the problem for a five minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Noisy street but it’s quiet in the room. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended the hotel.

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for those looking to explore the vibrant nightlife of the area. Room: The room was cozy and featured a nice minimal interior design, providing a comfortable and modern feel. Tv comes with Netflix, YouTube, and Prime available on the TV (requires your own account). Service: The staff, especially Divina, Loc, and Ryan, were incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and addressed any issues promptly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife with a comfortable and stylish place to stay

We had a very pleasant stay at the Heritage Quay hotel. It’s surrounded by restaurants but in the room its quiet so you can sleep very well at night. We can recommend the place because everything was as we wished. A special thank for Loc, Divina and Ryan, the staff, who helped us several times they deserve a ten for their commitment. When we return to Singapore Heritage Quay hotel is the place to stay.

Great location and rooms. Very clean and the digital experience works as it is more time efficient. Just go directly to the room and go out. No hassle with checkin etc. Room was big and comfortable. It is close to the bars, so there is some sound at night. However, it personally didnt affect me too much. Loc as the host was also at the location waiting for me to answer any outstanding questions. I would choose this branch again if I would be back in sg. You get value for your money!
