Tai Hoe Hotel

再也不會住這個酒店了。全是蟲子。500塊錢以上的酒店真的是太不值了。 無話可説😶。無語

大致上還可以，服務也不錯，就是衛生環境差了一點點。勉勉強強可以湊合一個晚上！以這個金額來說 ，算是不錯了！

We are not happy with the stay and it was terrible expererience. Room had lot of baby cockroaches and other insects and My kids couldn't sleep due to fear of that. Aircon wasn't able to keep room cool. Room was smelly due to poor ventilation. Wish we could had choice to change room. When we inform front desk and they were just like ..ohk. thanks for informing us on the same.

Location wise, it's opposite City Square Mall which is one of the better malls in Singapore and is also linked to the MRT station. There's also a great prata place that's open 24 hours if you're hungry late at night. Room smells pleasant. Bed is overall very clean, no dust in between the headboard area, pillows, bedsheets and blanket are clean. The type of cloth for those are smooth and comfortable as well, especially the blanket. Provided towels are clean as well. Bathroom is very clean as well, toilet bowl (also has a bidet), sink area and mirror are practically spotless. Dispenser provides decent quality all in one shampoo and body wash. As for the amenities, air conditioning unit is strong, mini fridge chills stuff well and the shower heater can get really hot if you want it to. A flask and cups are included with complimentary instant coffee, milk tea and bottled water. Hot water collection points are along the corridor. I had no problems with the provided free WiFi. Didn't use the TV so I can't comment on it. Window binders block out light pollution from outside well enough at night to make the room completely dark. A hairdryer is provided which is in the drawer. Corners are a bit dusty but disposable slippers are provided. Really can't complain for the price and how good the rest of the facilities are. Also don't mind the plastic on the table I took the picture after I already opened the slippers lol

No hot water kettle inside. Only a flask which you have to take and go outside at the corridor to fill. Also, the flask was so long with no visible markings. So hard to see the water level. Hot water tap was also placed very high. Room had a weird stale damp smell. The blankets did not smell great either. No table side lamp so if u switch off lights to sleep at night will be total darkness haha Shampoo and shower gel affixed to toilet was good quality. Used for both hair and body. Nice. Bed firm and hard. Nice! TV channels was Singtel TV cable. Got national geographic, fox life etc.. Very good! Quiet room. Excellent.

Check in process was smooth. Hotel room was relatively clean. There weren't many facilities, but that was expected.

very convinient location. in front of a shopping mall with access to MRT. drinks vendo outside the hotel. room size just enough for us.

The room fare is very competitive in that area, the location is convenient, near Farrer Park MRT station and shopping mall City Square Mall. Nearby hotel there have Mustafa shopping mall and a lot of eateries restaurants.
