Siempre nos hospedamos en el D'resort cuando viajamos por el aeropuerto de Singapur y nunca nos decepcionamos con nuestra estadía. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y modernas con una zona verde que rodea el hotel y un registro de entrada rápido y sencillo, con salida tardía. Un rápido viaje de 15 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto y un cómodo y tranquilo descanso hicieron que su estancia en el D'Resort fuera perfecta a un precio reducido. Recomendado.

Great get away location from busy life & city high rise concrete forests which is just short drive away from modern cosmopolitan. Good trails nearby you can walk to Changi coast & few nice Cafe cum restaurants & Changi Village food court. Enough car park next to hotel or can get there by public bus which bus stop just nearby hotel.

Very good service the receptionist is very friendly and accommodate to my room request full fulfilling my needs. Environment is nice and convenient and my room view is nice facing the airport runway. The receptionist also accommodate to my late checkout request really appreciate it. Thanks so much for the memorable experience at crowne plaza changi airport and hope to come again.

Location I. terminal 1 is excellent in connecting to other international flights. Had 14 hour layover and we’ll worth staying in transit. To take hot shower eat some meals , which 2 meals included in room rate , and get a great sleep. Excellent flat screen tv , with cable and many language station offerings Great shower after a long flight. 👌

I stayed at Yotelair Jewel for a night on 18th Dec before I went to catch my flight to Shanghai on 19 Dec. The location is great, it's in Jewel and within 5 to 10 mins walk to Terminal 3 via the 24hr linkway. The room was cozy and shower facilities are functioning well. Thank you Yotelair!

Ventajas: En general una estancia bastante limpia y cómoda. Agradable servicio de recepción. Me encanta que no hubiera una sino dos piscinas: la piscina de la azotea ofrecía excelentes vistas y vientos fuertes, pero puede llen****. La piscina a nivel del suelo también era genial para nadar, especialmente cuando teníamos toda la piscina para nosotros solos. Barrio encantador con energía de pueblo, con muchas opciones de comida que resaltan sabores de la cocina local. A poca distancia de la playa para aquellos que lo deseen. Contras: El estado del hotel es notablemente antiguo: desagradables rayas de óxido cubren las paredes del edificio que dan al patio interior. Agradezco que me hayan asignado una habitación con balcón, pero el balcón se sentía un poco sucio. La variedad de canales de televisión para ver es satisfactoria, pero la conexión (¿antena?) era tan mala que la resolución de la pantalla se ve afectada (¡incluso los canales locales!). El WiFi es útil pero bastante lento.

Agradable estancia aquí para pasar la noche. Las instalaciones del hotel son similares a las de los apartamentos con todas las comodidades disponibles. Aparte de eso, está a sólo 1 estación MRT del aeropuerto de Changi. Cerca del hotel hay un centro comercial que está bastante concurrido. Estoy satisfecho quedándome aquí.

The trip began with a thoughtful phone call from the resort to remind me about my booking for the day, which I appreciated as it made me feel well-prepared. However, I was informed during the call that parking was chargeable, which slightly dampened the mood, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Kelvin, was both welcoming and accommodating. He provided excellent service and made us feel at ease right from the start. Our first impression of the room was positive—the interior was clean and well-maintained, though I did notice that the exterior required some attention. There were stains visible on the bus, which gave the impression that it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained recently. The room's amenities were well stocked, and we were particularly impressed by the high-quality products from Ink & Water, which added a nice touch to our stay. One slight issue we encountered was that the room we were allocated had some plants blocking the view from the bus driver’s seat. This made it difficult for us to take clear pictures of our kids in the driver's seat, which was a bit of a disappointment. The minibar in the room, however, was lacking refreshments, which was a bit of a letdown. It would have been nice to have some basic drinks or snacks available for convenience. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unfortunately unreliable, which left our kids disappointed as they were looking forward to some online entertainment. However, Kelvin was very understanding and offered a kind gesture by providing an alternative solution to make up for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. It’s small acts like these that can make a big difference in the overall experience. The BBQ area had a grill available, but unfortunately, the grill mesh was not cleaned, so we had to prepare our own grill wire mesh. The seating area was well-lit, although the lighting was spoiled on the first night. We reported this issue to Kelvin, and while we were informed that it couldn’t be swapped out, he offered a lamp if necessary. On the second night, after further feedback, the staff were kind enough to help resolve the issue, ensuring we had proper lighting for our BBQ. The room’s air-conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable throughout the stay. All the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had a restful night. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including Western, Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Vegan sets. While the taste was passable, it was convenient to have such a diverse selection to choose from. Check-out was scheduled for 11 am, with no flexibility in timing, despite it being a Sunday. We were informed that the resort would be packed, which is understandable, though it would have been nice to have a bit of leniency in case we needed more time. The main reason for a later check-out was that our kids were napping, and a little extra time would have been appreciated to avoid rushing. As there were no staff operating after 6 pm, we were provided with a number to call in case of an emergency. However, during office hours, there was no number available to call, and we had to walk over to the office if any issues arose. This could be an area for improvement to make communication more accessible. The resort offers two exits: one leading directly to the beach and the other towards the Changi Village Hawker Centre. Both options were convenient for exploring the area, and we appreciated the accessibility of both.

The location is quite remote, which is ideal if you're looking for a peaceful holiday or a quiet retreat. However, the room we were assigned had a disappointing view—there was practically no view at all. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and the gym equipment is in acceptable condition. While it's a bit far from malls, there is a shuttle bus available for convenience. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. One major downside was the lack of a bidet, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the baby pool was basic with no slides or mini playground, which could be more engaging for children. Overall, I feel Dusit Thani is more suited for couples or business travelers seeking relaxation rather than families. There's not much for kids to do besides swimming, which can get boring without slides or any other fun features.
