Valoraciones de Lotus Blanc Hotel

Es difícil pensar en las desventajas de este hotel. Quizás nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña para ser "habitación superior con cama tamaño queen" y la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro de Siem Reap. Por lo demás, todo fue perfecto.

El personal es muy servicial y servicial, agradezco hablar con Jackie en la recepción sobre la sociedad camboyana, ¡no solo sobre temas turísticos! Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación (aunque lo sabía cuando hice la reserva, pero supuse que estaría enviando todo mi tiempo a Angkor Wat). Probablemente sea mejor estar más cerca de la ciudad para encontrar restaurantes, etc., pero no puedo criticar al hotel en sí.

You can feel that the country is still reopening after the pandemic. Some services are not working well yet. But the crew try theirs best.

О, этот отель очень передаёт атмосферу Камбоджи. Такие приветливые и отзывчивые люди помогают на новом месте. Работники отеля помогут разобраться с передвижением и организуют их при необходимости. Очень широкая и удобная кровать! Отель организует поездки в знаменитый Ангкор-Ват.

Es un hotel con jardines muy bonitos,su desayuno es muy bueno. Su personal muy eficiente. El comedor para desayunar está un poquito lejos de las habitaciones. Para venir del centro de Camboya debes pagar un tic-tuc ya que no está céntrico. Hay pocos enchufes en la habitación.

I stayed 3 nights by the end of May and I enjoyed so much my stay in Lotus Blanc, and the main reason has been because of the staff. Thank you so much to the management and reception coordinators that assigned my room, which made my stay very comfortable. The facilities are lovely!. The restaurant staff is so kind and professional, I felt they really personalize the service. The Front Desk team also was very helpful everytime I needed. Special thanks to Kanika for her approach and kind service. I can recommend this hotel without any doubts.

Comfortable, quiet rooms (we stayed at the hotel twice between other trips around Cambodia). Good sized pool that we made the most of after sightseeing, with plenty of deck chairs around it and hammocks in the garden area. Good buffet breakfast with tables outside by the garden and pool. Overall an enjoyable stay both times.

I loved everything about this hotel, it was an amazing stay for my trip. The location is very convenient for walking or taking a tuk tuk into town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to wake up before the morning tours I had taken and not only were the staff extremely friendly to talk to, but the entire hotel had such a gorgeous atmosphere about it. Really glad I chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here again

I would like to thank the hotel for making such an effort to rectify the problems I had with the standard rooms. The efforts were most appreciated and I would like to personally thank Phearom Morn the Front Office Manager for the upgrade and massage. Visal, Samok, Nora and Chiva were extremely helpful and friendly. The young lady with whom I had the massage, amazing! Magic hands. The spa is stunning. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are arranged in blocks around the gardens. The tropical garden landscape has incorporated water features, lawn area with daybeds and hammocks as well as a very large well designed swimming pool. My room in the main block was stunning and I was impressed with the level of service. As mentioned, I had a number of issues and these were quickly resolved. This impressed me greatly. Having been in the hospitality industry I am aware how important it is to feel listened to as a guest. I would highly recommend a visit to Lotus Blanc resort and Siem Reap!
