Aunque decía no fumar, olía bastante fuerte a cigarrillo. La habitación estaba limpia, pero entraban moscas y mosquitos a menudo. El personal fue amable.

Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Answered all our questions courteously. The room was clean and ambiance is relaxing.

My upgraded room was so good! Maybe just need a small fridge to complete its accessibility. Overall staff and place was superb!

Really good hotel. For the price it was totally worth it, very clean rooms, attentive staff and new amenities.

We stayed here for one night and were grateful for the early check-in. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location is very convenient with a 24/7 Alfamart convenience store right next door and plenty of food options, including local street food. However, there was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway and inside the room. It’s a minor detail that didn't take away from our great stay. Also, the outside area can feel a bit sketchy during the day as it is located right beside a residential neighborhood. 10/10

The hotel has a great ambiance that feels warm and inviting. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Place was slightly old but room was still in good condition. Honest review residents along the bldg st can able to hear inside the hotel room. Over all experience was good place is great we had fun celebrating NYE at the hotel. Staff were amazing specially the kuya guards.

The staff were polite. The parking is at the street only and availability is challenging especially during peak season. There are no none smoking room, the smell of cigarette is everywhere. There were moments the heavy smell gets inside our room. So very uncomfortable for non smokers. Facility is not well maintained. No cable TV channels, only YT, but internet have problem. Not really a value for money.

So surprised by the ambiance of the hotel because it’s similar to one we visited in Shanghai, China last June. Definitely try again with my fam 🫶🏻

Our stay at Jinjiang Star hotel was wonderful! The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly, near in airport, SM mall of Asia, LRT station Gil Puyat and efficient, making check-in a breeze. My room on the 3rd floor was spacious and elegantly designed. The only minor issue there is no window, and far from elevator.. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of fresh, tasty options. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommend for a comfortable, memorable stay!".

I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

Hotel is nice but the restaurant inside the hotel is terrible and food is not fresh, avoid this restaurant and Hotspot or BBQ.

Only tried this hotel since the hotel we frequent is fully booked. This hotel is the worst. Very dirty room and all rooms are smelly. We requested to transfer room since the room smells so bad was able to yransfer but stills smells. Just go with red planet or gohotels or hop inn
