I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous hotels during my travels, but The Sarai has truly left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

La piscina es increíble y tiene un maravilloso casco y un bar acompañado. El hotel está en una zona de gran calidad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Son honestos y muy buenos en la prestación de servicios. El hotel se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de un lugar bbq camboyano asombroso llamado Darany bbq 3. También está a unos 10 minutos a pie del mercado.

Muy buen hotel! Vale la pena recomendar las instalaciones del hotel, el ambiente de las áreas públicas y la actitud del servicio. El efecto es el mismo que en las fotos. Precauciones: 1. Ctrip dice que hay servicio de recogida gratuito en el aeropuerto, pero con la apertura del nuevo aeropuerto, este servicio ya no se ofrece. Si le pide al hotel que llame a un taxi, cuesta 35 cuchillos. aeropuerto hasta la ciudad, y luego hay que caminar aproximadamente 1 km. El precio es de $8 por persona. Si tomas un taxi en el aeropuerto, puedes regatear hasta 25 dólares. 2. Ctrip dijo que ofrece un masaje gratuito de 15 minutos, pero después de preguntar, supe que un masaje de 1 hora puede tener un descuento del 20%. Parece que no hay un servicio de masaje gratuito directo. 3. La piscina del hotel cierra a las 18:00 horas. 4. Puede que haya geckos en la habitación, pero esto sucede en casi todos los hoteles de Siem Reap. Recuerda cerrar las puertas y ventanas a tiempo. Si encuentras un gecko, puedes pedirle al personal de servicio que lo atrape. 5. El hotel proporcionará bebidas y refrescos de bienvenida gratuitos, así como snacks gratuitos todos los días.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Siem Reap. Además, la pileta infinita en el último piso y el balcón de la habitación, hacen a una estadía muy confortable. Muy amable el personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron a resolver cambios de planes, a causa de la lenta burocracia con la visa de Vietnam.

Gran hotel, gran personal, gran atención. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto en un Mercedes antiguo increíble, incluido en el servicio del Hotel. Llegamos y por ser nuestra luna de miel nos dieron upgrade sin costo de la habitación (que estaba increíble y enorme con piscina privada). La comida del restaurante muy rica y la atención del staff fenomenal. El manager Beisna nos arregló todos los tours sin tener que preocuparnos por nada, nuestro chofer del TukTuk Mr. Nak fue el mejorrrrr y tenía la mejor disposición a lo que le pedíamos. Nuestro guía Varuth, para Angkor igualmente muy amable y sabía bastante sobre todo. El personal del hotel Fue adorableeeee, en especial Maneth , Kimsa, Song y Lip. La alberca deliciosa e instalaciones preciosas. Definitivamente es un Hotel al que volvería sin pensarlo.

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

This is a 5 star hotel in central Siem Reap. It is luxurious but not pretentious. Though the classic room is their ”starter” room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time.. Everything is within a $1 to $2 tuk tuk ride. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one we would return too, which we don't often do. For the quality, the rates are extremely good value

I had stayed at Siem Reap province for 4nights with good location (La Maravilla). The hotel grounds was well maintained and feature with a nice pool view. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for my stayed, Staff super friendly with good service.

I stayed for three nights there to attend a training workshop. The location was central to everything especially the famous pub street. They have a good sized pool, but the room was ok. I killed at least 4 mosquitos in the first night. The food could be better and the service staff coud be more friendly given the fairly high price I paid. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that I was alsmost the only Khmer guest there and just became the minority in my own country. I certiainly had a better experience in other hotels I stayed with lower or similar price.

La habitación era muy grande y limpia. Justo fuera era la maravillosa piscina. Las bases de este hotel son un jardín tropical de hoja. La ubicación del hotel está bien, pero es posible que sea 2 km del barrio turístico - bastante caminable pero en el calor nos llevamos un tuk tuk a la calle Pub que el hotel organizó. El hotel dispone de un restaurante con una buena comida, pero obviamente no la misma atmósfera que el barrio turístico. El hotel está muy bien, pero está un poco apagado - a veces tuvimos que ir al bar para obtener una señal fuerte.
