Recomiendo muchísimo su cena; el precio era muy razonable para lo que se servía y la comida estaba deliciosa. El fotógrafo también fue muy paciente con nosotros y nos tomó fotos impresionantes. XXiaoqiangdeerguEn agosto de 2024, elegí quedarme en el hotel Holiday Inn y no esperaba tener una experiencia maravillosa más allá de mi imaginación.
Desde Hong Kong hasta Futian, planeo fichar a mi hijo en Macao. Para estar a 200 metros de la comisaría elegí el Holiday Inn.
Ropa de cama: Cuando entré en la habitación, lo primero que vi fue una cama grande y extremadamente cómoda. La textura de la ropa de cama es muy buena, suave y agradable para la piel, como si estuvieras acostado en una nube. La altura y dureza de la almohada eran las adecuadas, lo que me permitió relajar completamente mi cuerpo y mi mente después de una buena noche de sueño y eliminar el cansancio del viaje.
Baño: Las instalaciones de baño del hotel son de primera clase. Habitación: La distribución de la habitación es cálida y elegante, el espacio se utiliza razonablemente y está limpio y ordenado. Cada detalle está muy bien cuidado, desde la exquisita decoración hasta el completo equipamiento eléctrico, todo ello mostrando las intenciones del hotel. Una iluminación suficiente y una buena ventilación hacen que toda la habitación esté llena de vida y vitalidad.
Servicio: El servicio es lo más destacado de este hotel. Desde la cálida recepción de Kobe en la recepción al momento del check-in, hasta la resolución oportuna de los problemas encontrados durante la estadía, todos sintieron la calidez del hogar. El personal siempre estuvo sonriente y amable, lo que causó una impresión duradera.
Entorno: El entorno que rodea al hotel es hermoso y tranquilo, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Tomarse un descanso en el salón del vestíbulo puede hacer feliz a la gente tanto física como mentalmente.
Considerándolo todo, estoy muy satisfecho con mi estancia en Crowne Plaza. Tanto las instalaciones de hardware como los servicios de software son impecables. Definitivamente recomendaré este hotel a mis amigos y espero con ansias nuestro próximo encuentro.

El avión voló sobre el techo y el rugido era más fuerte afuera, pero dentro era mucho mejor, era tolerable y dormí bien por la noche. Personalmente, creo que este tipo de sonido es mucho mejor que la ruidosa voz humana. En definitiva, personalmente creo que la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena. El transporte es muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de metro, y es aún más conveniente llegar al aeropuerto en unos minutos. También hay lavandería de autoservicio, que merece la pena recomendar. Aparcamiento cómodo y gratuito.

TTiEl personal fue increíble y muy paciente. ¡Nuestra villa estaba limpia y espaciosa! ¡La recepción fue muy atenta! El desayuno estuvo genial, con varias opciones, e incluso ampliaron el horario. El paquete incluía fotos, té de la tarde y un tour. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! ¡Está justo en la playa! ¡Y las vistas eran increíbles, incluso en un día nublado! ¡El fotógrafo fue increíble! Nuestro tour fue muy divertido, aunque fue solo dentro del hotel. En general, nos encantó la experiencia y la estancia. El único problema fue que no podíamos ducharnos a la vez o se cortaba el agua. El personal dijo que lo solucionarían. Sin duda celebraré mi cumpleaños aquí en mayo.

WWongyHui is a great little hotel but I think if they want to keep up with the best 5 star hotel properties in Shenzhen their staff still lacks that little polish when it comes to the finer details. We checked in later in the afternoon on Saturday and it must of been the pm shift. The ladies that checked us in were efficient and polite but they kept on having issues swiping my Amex card for incidentals and said my card has a problem when I know it’s their machine. They said they had a system upgrade and had issues taking Amex and if I can provide another card. My Visa card worked fine but I felt their team could have handled that in a more polished manner. If you can’t take Amex just say it instead of keep on swiping 2 different Amex cards and saying its my card issue.
Another thing is I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and when I asked about it they said it’s closed and under maintenance. When I went to the gym the pool looked like it was in perfect order and I felt I was lied to but anyway take note if you want to use the pool.
Ctrip also had a complimentary drink offer which I never got so I felt overall these few experiences left me wondering if I was too much of a hassle for them and I didn’t get what I paid for in my hotel experience.
The rooms are very spacious and clean and we had a good night sleep but when we first walked into the room it did have a smoke and strange smell but when we turned on the A/C it was fine after.
We booked a room only rate and later in the morning we decided to have Yum Cha at their Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and managed to pick up a fantastic offer on *******. The food dim sum was made fresh and tasted good and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
I think one of the biggest pluses of this property is the Shenzhen Central Park across the road from the hotel. If you are a runner there is a great track you can run along the park and I found this one of the biggest attractions of this property.
My family liked this property and we will probably come back but please give your staff more training as you can be better!
