Comfortable room, quiet air conditioner, amenities are good, maybe many people during the CNY holidays, many guests waiting for a seat for breakfast, but it’s resolved very soon. Good locations for shopping

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

The room I was given was odd shape though the view is great. The furnitures are dated and need to be replaced.

Hotel Futian Shangri-La is a palace hotel. I liked everything about it: the cozy room, the breakfast, the swimming pool and gym, the elegant and discreet luxury atmosphere. Great staff! Unfortunately, no rooftop bar so far but I heard they plan to have one soon.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was high floor, spacious and new and has marvelous view. We can see the light show on the buildings at night. Special thanks to Paul Wong for arranging such a lovely room for us.

The hotel staff provided nice and helpful customer services to us. They tried their best to fulfill our specific requested such as early check in and late check out. it is an excellent experience for my and my family.

This is the second time I've been to this hotel, as once again it was fantastic. Our room was lovely, with plenty of space and fantastic views of Shenzhen's Futian district. Pretty much everything was clean (aside from a single shelf with a thin layer of dust near the mini fridge), and the welcome fruit and chocolates were lovely. Food wise, the hotel was excellent. The Horizon Club offerings for dinner were great, though it was extremely busy due to it being CNY (expected). The food was good and plentiful, as were the drinks. The staff were supreme, too. We had a mix-up with our booking, but the hotel staff at the front desk helped us settle it with no problems.
