Básicamente no hay diferencia entre cada comida en el restaurante ... pero hay mucha gente en el restaurante. Suelen estar llenos, pero tienen comidas en 24 horas, y el bar del hotel y las bebidas. Bebidas de Taiwán, helados y todo son gratis. Es muy cómodo quedarse adentro ~ Habitación: Olvidé tomar una foto de la habitación, pero la habitación sigue siendo muy buena, estándar de hotel de 4-5 estrellas, el hermano limpió muy limpio, no quería que entrara y limpiara, así que Colgó el letrero de No molestar, pero el hermano de la limpieza prestará atención cuando salga y vuelva todos los días, y luego venga a charlar con nosotros para limpiar la habitación, así que prepárese para cambiar algo de dinero como propina. Este Agosto hemos estado 8 dias. Un Resort excelente, los trabajadorrs y asistentes un 10. En especial Rateb hosny Rateb el resp de la zona snorkel un Crack un 20 de 10. Tito otro crack y Luka. El Responsable Italiano del submarinismo un PRO de la inmersión. Gracias Cleopatra, volveremos...

I booked this holiday with EasyJet after doing some research on line. There were some interesting points on trip advisor about certain things that were not quite up to their standard but overall, it came out top on my list so I went ahead and booked it for our 49th wedding anniversary holiday and we were not disappointed. We arrived and we were met at reception by Mahmoud Ashraf who was very charming and got us on our way very quickly. The room he had assigned 7224 was an absolute perfect location for me has I am classed as disabled. It was very close to all facilities. Food was a big issue with a lot of guest reviews but with 5 restaurants and 3 A la carte restaurants there was always something you could find to your taste and we found that the standard was very good and if there was something you wanted but wasn’t on the menu you only had to ask. There are 8 bars around the complex and I must agree some of the cocktails just didn’t taste right with either two much alcohol in it or made with the wrong ingredients but once you had chatted to the bar managers about this it was resolved. We found the lobby bar did the best cocktail’s with Desouky Mohamed at the helm, what a lovely person he is and he had a good team working with him. The entertainments team were fantastic and always looking for you to participate in the daily activities, a few to mention were Omar, Gabriel, Denziel, Laki, Lucas & Maria and the others I cannot remember their names but they were all so hard working and always smiling. As for general staff we never found one who was not polite to their guest it was just a pity it didn’t work both ways. Respect costs nothing and these guys work tirelessly to ensure we all have a good time. Lastly, I must say that all these good points are down to good management and its shows all the way down to lifeguards, cleaners, waiters, room cleaners and of course the ground maintenance staff, I hope I have included everyone as it is everyone who works so tirelessly for us to enjoy our vacation. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, but as the saying goes if you see something wrong report it and it will be fixed. Great place to spend a couple of weeks

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. Buen hotel, visitado en enero 2023, 11 días, amigos y parejas. Hotel servicio un 10, limpieza de habitaciones diaria, cambio de toallas, día si día no. La ubicación, todo muy cerca, a un minuto del SOHO. De la playa hay transporte gratuito, cada 10 minutos, sale un autobús, igualmente se puede ir andando, por el SOHO. Hay autobús gratuito, al mercado antiguo, hay que reservar. Hotel con ocho piscinas, tres de ellas climatizadas, la mejor para nosotros fue, la de adultos, la más tranquila, y el agua más caliente, y el camarero del bar, muy amable. El personal, insuperable, serviciales, muy profesionales, especialmente, los que trabajan en las piscinas. La comida, servicio buffet, variado, hay un día, me parece el jueves, hay marisco. Los postres ya no digo nada, impresionante. Muy recomendable. Intentaremos repetir en enero 2024.

Habitación: La habitación es una habitación de paisaje marino, muy bonita, sólo puedo ver el sol, por eso escogí vivir aquí. Ambiente: No hay negocios fuera de aquí, y si no hay tres comidas, el chico puede ir a un restaurante por su propia ayuda. Viaje: Si necesitas viajar, puedes reservar un coche de alquiler o hotel, pero el precio es muy caro, todo el Sharm Shaikh no tiene preferencias y el costo de viaje es muy caro. Playa: hay menos gente en la playa, es menos bonito que el grupo de caballos en lugares donde hay tiendas de immersiones. Fuimos a la tienda de immersiones para experimentar. Hay muchas personas allí, muy entusiasta, el restaurante fuera también es muy conveniente y el precio es barato. Higiene: El día siguiente, el camarero nos hizo un gran pastel. Pero hay un pañuelo debajo de la cama, no me siento muy cómodo, me siento más provocador, además de que el pañuelo es un pequeño toallas en el medio, no está montado en el interior, sino que los dos están acostumbrados, dormidos en el medio, corriendo, me dejé vacío, dormir muy frío. La higiene está en el lugar.

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to this hotel ,on and off, for the last 20 years. It was built some 40 years ago and was owned and run by the Hilton group. 5 years ago it was sold and is now run by the Jazz Group . Note I say run by the Jazz Group not owned by them. Jazz is a management company on behalf of different owners.The hotel is in a superb position with a large beachfront and a short distance from the main center. The staff are the friendliest most helpful bunch of people you could want to meet. A special mention to Eid, Mohamad and the breakfast chef(who's name I never found out) from the restaurant and Diana from customer services. Now we come to the sad bit. I feel that since taking over the hotel the new owners have invested no money in it at all. The main door look did not work, the toilet seat was falling off. Both of those problems were sorted quickly. The bathroom door did not close properly due to 40 years of paint on paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the french door never ever closing properly It needs major investment in it ,not money sucked out of it. As a side issue the majority clients of the hotel and Sharm itself are Russian. Sharm is suffering from troubles of the past plus the effects of covid. Both the Hotel and the place itself need to do a lot,lot better or I fear for the place and the wonderful people who work there.
