Shangri-La Ten Miles Snow Mountain Margheri Manor

I initially booked this hotel hoping to experience snow, but unfortunately it wasn’t our luck this year. Even so I was still extremely excited because the view here is absolutely breathtaking. The natural scenery is so beautiful and peaceful , truly a joy to wake up to every day. One of the highlights of this hotel is the surrounding area which is full of animals such as sheep, alpacas, horses, huskies and ducks. We could interact and play with them which made the stay even more special and memorable. The room was very beautiful, comfortable and most importantly very clean. On top of that we felt truly welcomed by all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ah Yang, front desk and the rest of the team 🫶🏻 even though we couldn’t speak Mandarin, it was never an issue. They went out of their way to assist us and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely come back here again, and hopefully next time we’ll be lucky enough to see the snow 😊

Service is excellent, special shout out to Michael who had been extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has amazing view and cute animals. The room is spacious and very clean. Highly recommended!

We are a couple from Malaysia first time to China. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There is a complimentary transport to and from the railway station. Moreover there are heated floors, bidet in the toilet and extreme cleanliness. The view is to die for and this hotel is also located at the same compound as the famous Hei Dou cafe for which we got a free drink each and biscuits. During my stay we experienced snow and the animals were all friendly and tame. The animals also seemed very happy which made our interaction all the more better. We loved our stay so much thank you to the friendly staff and we hope to come back soon!
