Had read a few negative reviews of this hotel. You are all wrong! I am coming towards the end of a 5 day business trip here and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every member of staff has been so very kind and helpful to me - EVERY one. Had lunchtime meeting poolside yesterday and was looked after by Victoria and Sonia - two marvellous women who couldn’t do enough for myself and my guests. I’m in Lagos quite a lot and this is my new home.

Experiencia brillante!!! tuve una estancia fantástica en el Lagos Intercontinental con mi familia, me quedé en una suite de cuadrícula en el piso superior que era fantástico con vistas al océano. El hotel dispone de una habitación muy grande, con una gran zona de estar y una amplia habitación de baño/douche, con WC independiente. El hotel ofrece un desayuno buffet de calidad y una fantástica zona de bar cerca de la piscina al aire libre para relajarse. Además, el personal de mantenimiento de la casa brillante fue todo delicado .... Fatai, Chidi y descansaron mi suite limpiador durante mi estancia con satisfacción de los clientes. Yo diría que desde el contenedor de entrada, al servicio de habitaciones, desayuno y almorzar comer /drinks fueron excelentes, especialmente quiero decirle un gran agradecimiento a los gerentes de la mesa delantera de la 2 Sr. Adebayos Femi, Amarah y el Sr. John, todos profesionales y que me han hecho que mis 2 semanas permanezcan memorables. Me cuidé bien y cuidé de todas mis quejas y me aseguré de que estaba cómodo a lo largo de todo. Gracias, todos ustedes son una joya absoluta, tan útil y amigable. La ropa de cama nueva es celestial. La ducha es de gran presión y la habitación para dos tiene caja fuerte, mini refrigerador con agua de cortesía, hervidor de agua con té / café. El cajero automático en el vestíbulo tomará el débito de la visa de EE. UU. Para naira local, dispensará 10,000 a la vez. La habitación era un poco estrecha. Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado aquí en lugar del apartamento, su cama era como una tabla. Personal muy respetuoso y profesional. POS no aceptaba tarjetas de crédito ni cajeros automáticos, aunque shoprite sí. No puedo esperar a quedarme allí de nuevo, la próxima vez en Lagos.

El aislamiento acústico es demasiado deficiente. Es muy incómodo escuchar el sonido en el pasillo por la noche. Pedí EKO GARDEN, que es el lugar más barato de este hotel. El ambiente es muy bueno. Mucha gente viene de vacaciones durante la Navidad, pero EKO GARDEN realmente no está disponible. Si lo desea, debe ir al edificio principal.

Venga a Lagos o quédese en un hotel mejor que éste o vaya a un hotel abierto por un chino. Los servicios del hotel y las instalaciones de las habitaciones no valen la pena. La cena en el hotel cuesta 110 RMB por un buffet, y esa comida tiene un precio de 40 buffet en China. La colcha de la cama en realidad tenía manchas de moho, y el baño ni siquiera tenía una toalla, así que llamé y me tomó mucho tiempo conseguirla. Las sillas del distrito de negocios del hotel son demasiado pesadas para moverlas.

I lodged in one of the business suites and enjoyed my stay without a doubt. They've got very good facilities available lfor example clean standard swimming pool, volley ball ground, table tennis etc all in a spacious environment. Welcome hotel Lagos is where I will love to stay again when I visit Lagos Nigeria. It's the closest hotel to the international airport which comes very handy considering the Lagos traffic!. You can easily get to the airport from the hotel within 5 mins! Their food is very tasty, effective security personnel. The Colossus hotel was a welcome relief after my long search for a prestigious, modernized, and well - kept establishment. Most of the other hotels viewed, were very well kept in the lobby but the rooms were less than desirable. The suites were well kept and cared for and the staff was friendly and trustworthy. From the front desk to housekeeping, to management all staff was direct, accommodating, and hospitable. Although the building design leaves much to be desired, the interior is beautiful and very stylish. The rooftop pool area and restaurant was absolutely lovely as well. Also did I mention, extremely close to the airport? I had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Reservé en el último minuto por unos días en este hotel. Tenía reservas basadas en comentarios anteriores pero me mantuve abierta. La ubicación era bastante buena en Ikeja y los enlaces de transporte también eran buenos. El check-in fue eficiente. La habitación era limpia y el aire acondicionado era eficaz. Hay una caja fuerte para sus valores. Desafortunadamente no había baño como se anunció cuando reservaba. El minibar también estaba vacío! Este es un hotel bien equipado, cómodo y es mi segunda estancia aquí. Sin embargo, dudo que volveré otra vez. Esto es porque ahora hay un kiosk de música enfrente del hotel que insiste en la explosión de la música tan alta es imposible dormir. Eso es malo. La gestión del hotel se ha negado a hacer nada sobre él o a comunicarlo. El ruido viene directamente a través de las ventanas cerradas. Por desgracia, esto costará a este maravilloso hotel muchas repeticiones de negocios. No hay clientes que vuelvan a sufrir esta opresión acústica, el ruido lo robó de una calificación de cinco estrellas.

Además de que Wifi funcionó bien. Los cortes frecuentes de energía no se sentían como un generador que se derribó en unos segundos después de que las manos se desconectaron. En general, me disgustó mi estancia pero muy molestado por la experiencia alimentaria.
