Everything went amazing! The area was clean and quiet, the staff was efficient, and the location is very easy to get to on bus.

Moving to counterless + employee free lobby is not smart not comfortable. Check in progress is tedious and requires a internet connection.

Their ID verification system was down and could not verify me or my ID day of check in. Was forced to book a different hotel and Sonder will not reply to my request for a refund.

Overall a nice location and unit. But patio was extremely tiny and the layout was strange and the fridge didnt seem to work well. I was dissappointed they couldnt accomdate one hour early check in. didnt seem like the unit was occupied, as we were waiting outside after calling at 2:45 asking if we can check in earlier than 4 pm . Be prepared as there are only a few restaturants most which were closed and no stores or complientary water , snacks, Nothing!

My first experience staying at a place that has no visible staff. I was with my six year old granddaughter, we had taken the train from Vancouver to Seattle so that I could drop off my granddaughter. My sister had made my reservation for me and had not said a word about checking in via email. No word was mentioned that I needed a code to get in the hidden entrance.

Room is so clean and quiet. The only drawback for us (60 ) is the bed which is positioned above the ground. We need to climb steep ladder to get to the bed. Otherwise we would rate our stay at 10 /10. Thanks

I really liked it there, the place is super clean and very modern. Area around was okay, I liked restaurants and a small bodega near by, but I would recommend people walk up the street and explore, there were a lot of unhorsed people seemingly on something and that did feel too safe.
