Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area

Dieses Hotel wirbt im Internet mit Renovierungsarbeiten und einer Hotelbar. Diese ist seit langem geschlossen, dass sollte man auf der Internetseite mal aktualisieren! Renoviert wurde zwar, aber auch nur oberflächlich. Zudem lässt die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern zu wünschen übrig. Auch fehlt eine Minibar am Zimmer, um Getränke zu kühlen die man trinken möchte, da die Bar geschlossen ist. Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste seit langem. Keine Auswahl, nur Fertigzeug, Geschirr+Besteck muss man sich selbst holen. Das Personal an Rezeption und Frühstück war allerdings freundlich. Die Hoteldirektorin leider nicht, sie sollte mal ins Hotel kommen und sich den Zustand vor Ort anschauen.

Wir reisen gerne mit unserem kleinen Shih Tzu. In diesem Hotel l wurden wir freundlich aufgenommen und auch unser Hund wurde herzlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war genau wie gebucht. Auch zum Frühstück durfte unsere Dorie mit. Dafür gab es einen separaten Eingang. Die Umgebung lädt zum Spaziergang und Bummeln ein. Es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, auch mit Tier und Reservierung, das Restaurant "Krokodil"!

Die Lage des Hotels ist katastrophal: mitten in einem Wohngebiet, Nahe der Nordpassage, hohe Kriminalität. Die Flure im Hotel sind mit Teppichen ausgelegt, alles ziemlich verwinkelt und teilweise sind die Zimmer nur über Treppen zu erreichen; keinesfalls barrierefrei! Wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer auf der zweiten Etage; mussten mit schweren Koffern und Hund zunächst zwar in den (völlig alten und wackeligen) Fahrstuhl, um dann über an unterschiedlich gelegenen Sufen zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Frühstücksraum alt und dunkel, Geschirr schmutzig, Buffet nicht appetitlich, schlechteste von unserer gesamten Radreise. Leider keine Weiterempfehlung - Zimmergröße war das einzig Gute neben dem Servicepersonal an der Rezeption!

Das Wilhelms Haven Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat seinen eigenen Stil und Charme. Zudem sind die Zimmer wunderschön renoviert.

Sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück, wenn wir mal wieder nach Wilhelmshaven kommen übernachten wir dort bestimmt wieder
