Me siento como un hotel de lujo construido en la era de la tumba. Vivo en una cama doble de Hollywood, pero puedo ver las paredes del apartamento adyacente desde la ventana. El hall del hotel también es muy oscuro. Es muy bueno tener instalaciones de autoayuda en el edificio delantero. Me sorprendió el salón de la habitación, pero en general, incluso si el cuarto era viejo, el cuarto era limpio, dormí muy perfumado y tenía unas toallas bajas.

We have car so location is not our concern and parking fees is 1000 yen per night. Our room has 4 twins bed which is big enough for our family of 4 and it is clean. However, the hotel is a bit old.

Totally we stay for 5 night, it was a lovely place to stay. Stunning view from double bed room’s window. The location is very close to the subway station, it is very importance especially on a snowy day. Transportation from/to new Chitose airport was easy by liner bus but be aware about timetable. All staff are very helpful. We love to have a healthy breakfast on the 1st floor. On the last day, we left very early in the morning, we’d got a lovely sandwich box instead of breakfast at the hotel. The price is reasonable. In summary, we were so happy to celebrate our 27th anniversary here.

I would like to give this hotel a higher score, but unfortunately I cannot because there are too many little problems with the experience. On a positive note, the rooms are comfortable, perhaps not that large compared to normal Marriott standards, but not tiny either. However, there are just too many frustrating negatives at the hotel. For example: 1. There is a large difference in English language confidence amongst the front-desk staff. Some staff are fluent English speakers, but many other staff struggle with very basic English requests and so you end up with, for example, being recommended to go to a Conbini if you want to eat late, instead of suggesting a local ramen restaurant, many of which are open until 3am ! For an international brand hotel that clearly expects international customers, far more effort should be placed on improving the English language fluency of front-of-house staff, in particular the front-desk staff. 2. There is no comfortable lobby-style area to sit and work quietly. There is a cafe, but you cannot sit there unless you order, and if the cafe is closed, then you have zero seating options. 3. The cafe only servers Hokkoaido wines by the bottle. If you want wines by the glass, you have to order French wine. In my opinion this is a serious missed opportunity to showcase what Hokkaido has to offer. 4. On my first day here, housekeeping staff walked into my room unannounced. Fortunately I was dressed and about to leave the hotel for tourism. But housekeeping staff really need to learn basic protocol ! 5. There is no comptentent concierge at this hotel. Fortunately I am a regular visitor to Japan, so I am happy to cope on my own. But if you are thinking of staying at this hotel hoping to have the assistance of a competent concierge, you will be disappointed. For example, today I tested the front-desk asking for help reserving a restaurant, they just suggested I do it online... gee, thanks guys ! Ultimately none of these problems are insurmountable with proper training and other improvements. But for a hotel of this calibre, they equally should not have been problems in the first place, they are the sort of things that should automatically be there.

Se dice que se abrirá en junio de 2022, por lo que la sala sigue siendo nueva y limpia. Es muy conveniente, ya que puede ver en la televisión de la habitación el tamaño de la congestión de grandes piscinas públicas y la disponibilidad de lavavajillas en monedas. Es un electrodoméstico de cartón que sólo puede moverse fuera de los edificios residenciales, por lo que la seguridad es fuerte, incluso para las mujeres, y, a pesar de que es un estacionamiento mecánico, creo que es valioso para estacionar autos de techo alto. La tienda de conveniencia está justo en tu ojo y está instalada una máquina de presión en la pared, así que creo que es muy beneficioso para los usos comerciales. Hay muchos tipos de desayuno buffet y muy delicioso. Creo que volveré a vivir la próxima vez.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nakajima Station, making it easy to explore Sapporo’s attractions. Nearby Nakajima Koen offers beautiful views. A highlight is the daily free shuttle service to and from Sapporo Station. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Rooms are spacious, complete with a two-seater sofa for added comfort.

Mi esposa y yo hemos estado en el hotel desde 10-14 julio 2024. A la entrada, nos asistimos a un personal de contrapartida femenina. Después de comprobar tanto mi esposa como mi pasaporte, ella mencionó que la habitación se reservaba para 4 noches para sólo 1 persona y que tendré que pagar ¥1500 más por cada noche que mi esposa se queda conmigo. Esto añadió hasta ¥6,000 que me pareció totalmente innecesario porque no había ningún costo adicional incurrido independientemente de que mi esposa estuviese conmigo en la habitación o no. Intenté hablar racionalmente con el personal que me asistía pero debido a algunas reglas japonesas, ella se aplaudió y insistió que yo tenía que pagar por los ¥6,000 que no tengo más que pagar. Después de pagar la ¥6,000, subimos a la habitación 705 y nos dimos cuenta de que el techo en la habitación era tan viejo y sucio con pinturas en todo, especialmente a lo largo del paso principal. El baño es el único lugar donde podemos tomar nuestra ducha y se desploma cuando entramos, suena como si se rompa en cualquier momento. Aunque este hotel está convenientemente situado a pocos minutos a pie de la estación Takajima-Koen, dudamos que nunca volveremos al hotel de nuevo. Desde el momento en que hemos llegado al hotel, se ha creado una impresión negativa y nada ha cambiado durante toda nuestra estancia allí.

We stayed in a triple room. There was a extra rolling bed in addition to two twin beds. So, the space available was very limited but we still managed to tidy our three big suitcases. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with wide variety of choices, all the attractive local dishes were there, namely sashimi rice bowl, soup curry garaku, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku, soup ramen, cream puff, ice-cream...The free lobby drinks was also an extra bonus but it would be perfect if they could also provide in-room coffee or tea.

A standard hotel to stay in. Nothing out of expectations but well worth the money. Parking can be tricky here as it can be full and you’ll be directed to an alternative area. Room was clean and quiet. Food was standard.

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY LOVELY!
