It was a basic hotel. Pretty far from the center of Sapporo so be careful

There for few shopping malls near to the hotel such as BIVI. ..

Hotel is clean & convenient for commuters. Train station is nearby. Surrounding area is quiet & pleasant but far from major shopping area (30 minutes away).

Booked a 2nd room for 3pax. Location is near the subway. Just that there isn't any sheltered walkway. The hotel looks old but room small for 3pax. The breakfast was great with amazing view of the city. Basic amenities provided. No free hotspring. Housekeeping is not available everyday.

good service and pretty good location which is very near by the shin-sapporo starion. Shin-sapporo station isnt that convenience though. If you want to visit somewhere near the city center, then you probably may want to book that hotel near sapporo station or otori station. However, this hotel is in a good condition and very comfortable to live. It is a pity that I cannot enjoy the spa because of my tattoos. Another thing worth mention is that the window view here is fantastic.

It's a nice hotel located very near to the shin sapporo station. Lots of shopping, eateries and amenities around the hotel. I was impressed that they offered you onsen vouchers for use daily depending on how many nights you stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful even though most only can speak simple english. Rooms are a bit out dated but very spacious already for japanese hotel rooms.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

We have a smooth check in and the room is big and bed is big and comfortable. The single bed can sleep for one adult and one child. There is no room cleaning but replenish of amenities , changing towels and rubbish clearing are available.

Everything that’s Ok, but i recommend to include more benefits (ex. Welcome drink, coffee zone for free) and i felt i have just a little bit of take care or information detail from hotel staff

Emisia is kind of a mystery, it feels like a huge powerful luxury hotel, indeed a skyscraper, right next to Shin Sapporo station. The rates can be very high compared to other hotels right in downtown, and the staff is a toss-up between Extremely Professional and just...weird. I went back to pick up some packages, and the desk girl wrote down my name and disappeared into the back area, and never came out again. I stood there waiting for about 20 minutes and finally just left. This was one of several visits, when I came back I was given a corner suite that smelled really musty and old. You can't open the windows, so there was no way to get rid of the bad smell. I think this hotel needs an update including updated training for their staff. I didn't have a problem with their english skills, or anything else, but the quality of the rooms and service for that amount of money means I won't go back.

The location was great, prize expensive because during Christmas, i had bit too high expectations for a 5* hotel

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. The service is good and very close to the station and shopping centre.  Also with lots of restaurants nearby.  Highly recommended!
