Si tuviera la estancia más maravillosa - las vistas están fuera de este mundo, el personal es una alegría, la comida era maravillosa y las bebidas - nunca tuviera mejores cocktails. Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

El personal era muy agradable y servicial, el desayuno era muy bueno y la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada.

Location - Prime location in Fira and steps away from the main walkway. Although there is parking nearby, it's quite a far walk. If you do bring a car, find your location, call the hotel, and they have a vehicle that can pick you up. Otherwise book your transfer directly through the hotel for more convenience, and you won't need to lug you baggage around to get there. Room - Our room was large and spacious. We were booked in a Junior Suite Sharing Pool. Impeccably clean and well stocked. There was a rock inside, and if you needed your room cleaned, you set it out front and the cleaners would stop by. We didn't end up using the pool, however, the water was cold when we tested it. Breakfast - There was a lot to choose from, I loved that they had some authentic Greek items everyday to enjoy too! We never left hungry! Staff - the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They brought us a drink upon arrival, and checked us in quickly. The staff gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us our rooms, our luggage was delivered almost immediately. I don't recall if there was an elevator or not, but there are a lot of steps, which is expected in Santorini. I will definitely stay here again, and I recommend anyone reading this books here too!

El Astro Palace es una de las verdaderas joyas ocultas de Santorini. ¡Nos quedamos desde el 28 de julio de 2022 hasta el 5 de agosto de 2022, para ser honesto, no queríamos salir! 🙈 La comida era maravillosa, el desayuno era buffet, pero había una gran selección de carne fría a inglés completo. No problems whilst staying here. Had some food and drinks on first night. Thought food was a little expensive. Room was great. It was like a room the Flintstones would have lived in. Had a cave like decor. Shower was unusual as was the whole room. Quirky and nice. Kitchen surfaces and fridge but no plates, cups or cutlery was a little baffling. Other people with us each had differing rooms so I guess you don't know what sort of room you will be getting here. Staff left us to it while sitting by the pool. No hassling to buy anything. They left us alone to do our own thing. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of sunbeds. Every sunbed deserves an umbrella. no 'Do not Disturb' signs on doors Rocks for decoration by pool and many are dark and are a safety/trip hazard when we came back in after maid she had always opened the window. we like aircon and we don't like spiders or lizards so we closed it every time. Our room paid for........our rules No bins in living area Sat outside room on a few nights drinking and chatting. Lovely place to be doing that. Great memories. Grounds are kept very well. Very nice. Yolo restaurant is very close by and is the nearest eaterie and it's very good and prices are good. If you risk walking the roads going right and walking past Yolo with traffic flying past you the Indian restaurant is the best we have ever been to. Supermarket over the road from Indian and a Dominos nearby too. No signs outside saying it's Villa Manos. We got a taxi there but if we had a car we may have driven past it Here's hoping some of my feedback is acted upon. Was a great stay. Don't know if my review indicates that but yes it was a great stay

Fab hotel with great service. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from👌 We booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel and this worked perfectly although we had a 4 hour delay. If you arrive after 11pm the resturant and bar is closed at the hotel and there is nothing near by to grab food or drink from. The free transfer to Fira worked really well for us. Drinks at the hotel are expensive and they only issue you 1 small bottle of water on arrival complimentary. I personal thought being a 5 star that tea, coffee, milk and water should have been provided but there is a lidl down the road to get supply's. Visiting the sister hotel opposite Volcano view is a must as the view from there are fabulous. We had a couple of very nice but expensive cocktails in there, but we'll worth it for the view at sunset. Both hotels lacked a vibe at night, although we went out of season so I am sure this isn't always the case. This was perfecf for us as we was wanting a relaxing break. Only criticism is that although we booked a triple room we only had 2 seats to sit outside. I had to ask twice for a second chair as it was taken away.

La ubicación era perfecta, a unos cuantos pasos de la calle principal, con parada del bus en la puerta, con vista al mar espectacular tomamos una villa magnifica, el restaurante una vista preciosa , el desayuno magnifico, y la atención de absolutamente todo el personal, desde la recepción, hasta el transporte y quien se encuentra en la cocina fue inmejorable, realmente no pagamos un ojo de la cara para obtener tan buen servicio , nos alojamos en Villa Hydra y nos proporcionó todo lo necesario ara nuestra estancia, toallas, batas, sandalias, plancha, calefacción, armario, baño, elementos de higiene personal, wifi, cocina, microondas, copas de vino, cubiertos, todooo. no nos falto nada. La atención fue inmejorable incluso desde antes de llegar, el servicio al cliente y la asesoría siempre dispuestos nos ayudó a tomar una excelente decisión, contratamos el traslado desde el aeropuerto que también estuvo muy cumplido a tiempo en el aeropuerto y con buen servicio

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this hotel and the owners and staff are .. I have a 12yo autistic son who has never been abroad and hates change and pretty much everything ... I had been able to speak to the owners before hand and explain and wow they went wayyyy above what you would expect to accommodate us.. the hotel is gorgeous 2 pools and areas 1 more quiet with pool shower toilets and apartments with hot tubs clean cool air con obv .. no trouble is too much .. fridge and kettle with some don't have !! The. In the main hotel there are more apartments and rooms all beautiful clean and well laid out (we had 2 Apts) the pool for that side is more social with a bar and lots of couple type sofas and beds over the pool beautiful at night all lit up .. breakfast is served here and again beautiful breakfast ..it's the staff that make it tho especially Anna Marie and her family .. not only is she beautiful on the outside she is gorgeous with her thoughts and caring ... My son would not have stayed had they not been able to do all the extra bits. (Balloons toys quiet area etc ). We will come back again when we can . And it will be to here !! I just can't recommend enough .. kamari is the beach side for want of better description.. it's a ***** of beautiful restaurants cafes on level with the beach no steap steps like the other side of the island .. so straight into hot black sand .. wear beach socks! There is no tide as such and children can Wade out a fair bit before it drops so snorkeling at the edge of the sea next to us was possible ... Plenty of choice of type of restaurants but obv fish is an excellent choice .. oh and sorbet .. there is a small steep hill to get to the hotel (obv cars drop off and collect Inc taxis if u need them we hired a car ) but got used to that after a few days and I have a very bad back and hip! But prepare for stairs as they are everywhere except the front ***** in kamari it's quite level .. anyway hope the pics do some justice ..
