Finca Xemarri is a  superb two-storey country house, located between Santanyi and Cas Concos for 12 persons, offering a high standard accommodation located in a quiet and peaceful area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful large lawned garden with magnificent views across the open, tranquil countryside and offers a great pool which can be gated. In the outside, close to the garden there is a playground for children. One bedroom with shower ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs. The ground floor counts with a hall that opens into bright the living / dining room with a great ambience, including some paintings of the owner. This floor offers three bedrooms, all very spacious and with gorgeous views to the gardens. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and French doors opening to the gardens.
