Overall, the whole experience was amazing. The Staff was amazing/and pretty attentive. The food was amazing , service was great. The view was amazing. The hotel was very clean , pool area was relaxing music was ok! Food is a pricey but worth it! It’s perfect if you just want to get away with no noise.

It was so much fun to stay right in the middle of San Pedro! So much to do and so much to see just steps away from the hotel. They offer Golf Carts too, which expands the possibility for adventures even more. The beach is so pretty! The Skyview restaurant has such a gorgeous view and the food is just fantastic. Come hungry, the portions are very generous. Right beside the restaurant there's a rooftop pool which was so nice after a long day of exploring the authentic Belize community. Already making plans to go back with all my friends for later this year!

My room had no balcony and faced a road with loud traffic 17 hrs a day. The view is of the poor condos across the street who now are stuck in the noise tunnel staring back at the watermark guests. No ocean view, no ocean access. Never again! I at one point considered buying land in San Pedro but the experience I had with the traffic in my room at watermark has me completely reconsidering. It’s giving tulum vibes 15 years ago. And we all know how terrible tulum is due to lack of infasteucture, and an unsustainable over- growth of tourism. Huevos rancheros $17usd

Nice hotel, they decorated our room for our anniversary and which was very nice. Housekeeping every day with 2 complimentary waters daily. We liked the location, central to "downtown " and secret beach. The food was delicious, drinks refreshing and the sunset from the rooftop was amazing. You can't go wrong at the Watermark.

The hotel reception was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, and the pool was sparkling clean. I'm definitely planning to stay here again. My guests were all very satisfied.

The Watermark was clean throughout, offered basic accommodations, and had a restaurant and spa. There were no perks such as robes and slippers in the rooms. Hotel only had one working elevator.

The staffbwas excellent. Front Desk Eldira was always pleasant and helpful booking excursions or making reservations. Stuart and Vanessa were awesome hosts at the rooftop bar and restaurant. We really enjoyed their company and demeanor. The cleaning staff were excellent and always offered extra water, towels, coffee, etc...
The building is still under some construction but some of the details were missing. Also i understand their plan is to build a beachfront area with an in-ground pool, that will make a huge difference, a dock would be a welcome addition as well. Overall we had a good time at the Watermark and im sure once construcrion is complete it will be a top contender. Looking fwd to it.

The Watermark hotel is an excellent location nearby the town of San Pedro. The twin bedrooms are spacious, extra comfortable and pleasant. The pool and restaurant offers unforgettable views of the ocean.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpfull. They truly went over and above the call of duty to make sure our stay was the best experience possible.
The hotel is only a couple of years old and is in fantastic shape. I highly recommend a stay at The Watermark!
