樓店在老城區的核心位置，樓下就是老城商業街。酒店是老建築，有電梯。特別是酒店的服務員，特別熱情，服務細緻，值得稱讚！酒店的設施設備非常好，房間乾淨衞生。來薩爾茨堡旅遊，這家酒店是非常好的選擇。

Precioso hotel boutique en un edificio histórico, en pleno centro de Salzburgo, a un paso de todo. Puede que el exterior no refleje lo magnifica que es la habitación. Al llegar a recepción (planta primera) nos recibe con una sonrisa y un refresco Ulrike. Simpática y encantadora nos muestra la habitación enseñándonos todos los detalles...y son muchos. Desde el minibar gratuito hasta te y café a nuestra disposición. Pero al irse... descubrimos muchos detalles más, todos encantadores, cómo el pequeño frigorífico de diseño, a juego con la tetera, una preciosa cajita con postales y útiles de escritorio, los geles y jabones de una calidad excepcionales o las cápsulas de café eco-friendly y el té y menta naturales. La lencería y las almohadas fabulosas y la cama tamaño XXL de las de verdad, no dos pequeñas unidas, por las que siempre terminas incómodamente durmiendo en la unión. Sin duda recomendaría este pequeño y encantador hotel a todos... y mención aparte merece su magnífico restaurante. Gracias por todo, Ulrike!!!!

Service was fabulous. Location in center of old town. Breakfast is great. Best orange juice ever! Dinner is also wonderful. It’s a magical place. Go see the fortresses and enjoy the all this city offers. We had a suite which was nice overlooking the street.

What a fantastic stay we had at Hotel Goldgasse! The location is absolutely perfect for walking to all the sites and restaurants. Our upgraded (Thanks Ulrike!) mini suite on the 4th floor was spotless and the perfect amount of space and amenities for our 3 night stay. Great bed, coffee bar, modern bathroom with walk in shower. We were thrilled there was an elevator in this hotel as most European hotels don't have one. Breakfast and lunch at the downstairs hotel were both delicious (really sorry we didn't have dinner there as well). The croissant at breakfast was the BEST I'd ever eaten! The restaurant staff are very friendly and everyone speaks good english. But, the best of all was Ulrike. As many have said before, she is an absolute gem. So accommodating, full of information and above all just the sweetest person! SHE alone is the reason to book this hotel. Thank you Ulrike. As I said when we left, you simply made our entire vacation. Miss Susan

One of the most perfect stay ever! We arrived around 3pm to two glasses of sparkling wine, what a great welcome. We booked the junior suite on fourth floor and it was absolutely amazing. The lady of the house is absolutely friendly, lots of recommendations when it comes to sightseeing, places to visit, cafes and restaurants. We love her story telling and always with a smile! We were given a voucher for the car park (follow their parking instructions, it is perfect) so no drama there as well. Salzburg is a great city to walk around, and as a base to visit Halstatt & St Wolfgang and this is the best hotel for this purpose.
