Not enough food was available for breakfast due to the number of people in the hotel.Walls between rooms were thin, guests in room 314 talked all night and were heard throughout the night. Unable to get room service from the staff

I stay was fine. The room was clean. It was decent and we weren’t bothered. It was very quiet. The only problem we had is the first room. The air conditioning did not work. Other than that it was great.

Location was convenient since we had an early flight to catch but would not stay here again. I'm a light sleeper and hotel wasn't too busy so I'd never think I would have someone in the adjoining room that would not shut up. I could hear the conversations so walls are paper thin. The room had some patch work that had not been painted, lid on tank was cracked and the caulking around the tub could use some touch up. Front desk clerk was pleasant and beds were comfortable. Weak water pressure in the shower.

We woke up to ants on dresser and some in bed. We report this clerk and she noted it and say they couldn't give us a refund. They say to contact *******

Very clean room and around. Great service in front desk. The clerk actually wrote a list of local restaurants for us to try! Very friendly staff!

The hotel needs a proper clean up and some upgrades. The reception was not very helpful although an incoming manager did assist with my situation.

I have pretty reasonable standards but this one I regret. I knew it would be no frills but it was gross. When I checked the mattress for signs of bed bugs (didn't see evidence) I saw there was dust and dead bugs between the headboard and box spring. More dead bugs on the floor. Live ants in the shower and some other small bug on the sink. Just gross. Walls were full of badly-patched holes. I didn't bother asking for another room as I just assumed the whole place was like this. The door jam when you got on the elvator had pieces of candy wedged in it for the entire 12 hours I was there.

The bathroom was large but in need of reno. the room was clean, thanks :) the brand has a higher reputation and / or standards in Canada so a bit disappointing.
the website states 4 min from the airport but with the new airport and access it is actually more like 15 to 20 minutes.
