A pesar de la horrible tormenta y el corte de energía, han conseguido ofrecernos una excelente comida 1 hora después de nuestra llegada. A pesar de los intentos de la naturaleza de desaprovechar nuestras alegrías y entregas que no llegan Gavin y su equipo hizo todo lo que podían para hacer que nuestra estancia fuera un éxito. Nos hemos visto en muchos viajes de coche durante los años y este fue el mejor aún. Alimentos, bebidas fueron de excelente calidad! Un equipo joven, pero qué un grupo entusiasta y entusiasta son. ¡Todo el nuevo manejo y el equipo que se reúnen bien!

Nos quedamos en el Fairfax o en los Feathers, pero se reservaron completamente. Decidimos probar el Swan Negro, probablemente no deberían. El hotel está muy cansado a pesar de la reciente renovación - no veo dónde en las salas superiores y dormitorios? La habitación era muy básica. ¡Nos quedamos muy tarde para inspeccionar, a pesar de esto tuvimos que pedir que el baño se limpia porque se había olvidado de, pelo, viejos marcas de agua y anillos de marea - gris! El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer para que la gente se excite. El armario era para camisetas y pantalones doblados. Tuve que colgar vestidos largos sobre la luz. También no hay socket de raspador/dentes en el baño. Las cosas pequeñas que harían quedarse más fácil. La cena no era mala para la “barba de pub”, pero no era calidad de restaurante para hablar. Añadí que la tormenta y la salsa eran más como agua en la coherencia y el sabor. Lamentablemente no hemos tenido que probar el desayuno (que fue incluido en nuestra tarifa) ya que a pesar de ser un fin de semana, no hay opciones de servicio de habitaciones y el desayuno no está disponible en el pasado 9.30am. La comida era muy buena, pero no me gustaba quedarme aquí con tantas opciones mejores. No tiene. Pero si sólo quieres comida de pub y estás en la zona, quizás déjalo ir.

此次英國旅行，這是我最喜歡的一個旅店。它真的像古典小說中的那種旅店，樓下是酒吧，或者叫餐館，樓上是幾個客房。司機認為這樣的旅店條件會很差，不如酒店。其實不是，裏面特別好，乾淨、舒適、寬敞，有特色！最令我難忘的就是到達當天，我來月經了，沒有衛生巾，急壞我了，因為周圍沒有超市商店，位置比較偏，我是為了第二天坐皮克林蒸汽小火車才訂的這個旅店。我在一樓吃飯，跟服務員說了我的困難，我沒表達準確，服務員去後面拿了干紙巾、濕紙巾、衛生巾，問我需要的是哪一種。我指了指衛生巾。她又去後面，拿了三片給我，是包起來的，別人看不出來。我特別感謝她，想給她錢，她不要。我送給了她前天買的一個胸針，她高興地收下了。我非常愉快！

Ok, so it was really bloomin' hot when we came here, which I think makes the outdoor pool even more incredible about this hotel than it already is! This actually isn't our first time to this hotel. We came last year, and loved it. So we returned again this year. Like i said, the weather was glorious, so arranging for choccies and champagne in the room to sit around the pool and devour was absolutely incredible! Both times we have come here, we have been very lucky in the fact we have been upgraded for free! which although is something hotels offer when quiet, its still so lovely to get this. The bedrooms around the pool are glorious, (only type of room we have now stayed in!) and they truly are little cottages!!! we most definitely loved the rooms. The staff are polite, professional and smiley, which of course is a very nice touch. Dinner in the restaurant was good. I think the only thing this hotel lacks is a killer menu with killer service. (Please don't take this as an insult!) I feel the menu was good, food served was nice. But not memorable. The service in the restaurant is OK. That of a good standard. But they did mix up our wine and forget our water. Small small small things, but they do poke out when the rest of the hotel was so so so enjoyable. We will be back, and we will dine again. nothing here is unlikable and it truly is a lovely spot. if you go when the weather is nice & kids are at school this place is heaven!
