Estaba en el centro de Liverpool, a la vez que no podía llegar a casa los trenes después del partido de fútbol. Muy conveniente para la estación, muy bienvenido por el personal amigable. Buen lugar para explorar Cheshire y Merseyside. Por favor, se ha encontrado esta esquina económica.

Una experiencia extraña, recomendable si quieres un hotel pero no uno normal. Los aspectos positivos incluyen una ubicación fantástica, al lado de las dos estaciones de tren, una hermosa era eduardiana con habitaciones temáticas similares (mi habitación doble era muy espaciosa, con un hermoso sofá y una cama extra) y un personal amable. No tuve problemas con la limpieza como otros tenían. Los aspectos negativos se basan principalmente en que el edificio es muy antiguo, hay muy pocos enchufes en las habitaciones, no tenía ninguno cerca de mi cama y no había luces centrales con iluminación realizada por lámparas, lo que da un ambiente estético pero puede ser molesto. Otros problemas son evitables, Internet en su habitación cuesta 7 libras por día por dispositivo, lo cual es una gran adición al costo de una habitación de 40 libras y es muy molesto. Tampoco hay servicio de limpieza todos los días si te quedas varias noches. Excelente por el precio, pero prepárate para lo que obtienes y ten en cuenta el cargo por Internet.

I'm currently staying at the hotel.i did stay here a number of years ago, and it was a good hotel then.i checked in and went to my room,it was quite dirty throughout. So i went to reception and asked to change to a cleaner room.I then looked at that,it was still dirty.back to reception, again try another room.it had a smell like an open sewer.so back again, at this point I asked to see the manager. What I need to point out is the reception staff and manager were very polite and friendly. I was told its an old building and during rain sometimes the drains back up and cause a smell.i explained the dirtiness of the rooms,stains on carpets and beds,peeling painted walls,and grime along surfaces, you could play noughts and crosses on the surfaces due to the amount of dust and grime.the remote controls were filthy.put you off picking one up.eventually I got a clean room.the manager took me to check it out herself. She was a nice lady who was doing what she could.after that I thought I'd watch a bit of TV.but all the channels had been programmed in the wrong way,just made it vert awkward to find a show.this morning at breakfast I went to restaurant and wanted a cup of coffee.went to machine and no cups,you have to ask to have one brought out.ok then.i ordered some pancakes of menu after 25 minutes 2 dried pancakes were brought out.ok ill have a glass of orange juice,lukewarm .the buffet,o asked for a gork as non at table ,a stained set of cutlery were provided to me.breakfast it's self was fine,no issues there.but overall breakfast experience a let down.at nearly £17 a head it should be better.though mine was part of the room rate.as you read through this review some parts may seem trivial ,possibly so.but it's the fact that when you add up all these small things it gives a overall bad experience. I have stayed a various holiday inns,and this isn't really up there.i was offered 2000 ihg reward points as a gesture from the manager. To put that into context,it costs around 20 000 points for a 1 night stay at a holiday inn. So really you can't do anything with 2000 points.a percentage of the bill would have been more appropriated.i think this hotel needs a major overall, and some of the staff retraining. The positives are the reception staff and manager.

La habitación es muy agradable y el bar es muy relajado. Las habitaciones son muy agradables con agua enflatada por la cama y herramientas de limpieza para la lluvia. Muy buena selección de bebidas detrás del bar. Nuestro equipo nocturno era Reece y Vicky y nos acogeron hermosamente. También me encantaba el pollo en la piscina en el bar!

Fuimos a este hotel tras cancelar la reserva en otro porque llegamos y era horrible. Así que este, en comparación muchísimo mejor! El precio, pese a ser caro, es el precio medio de la ciudad (que no es nada barata). Habitación pequeña con baño pero cómoda para pasar la noche. La zona es muy céntrica, al lado justo de calle peatonal de tiendas y cafeterías y en la misma calle hay restaurantes y bares. La recepción minúscula con máquina de té y cafés (porque en la habitación no había nada). El personal muy amable, eso sí. Sé que ellos ganan dinero cobrando extras pero, en mi opinión se pasan: Pagas por todo: wifi (24 horas 5libras)(!!! en pleno 2019 alguien cobrando por wifi! estamos locos!), si te quedas más de un día que sepas que si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que pagar, si quieres usar la tele también tendrás que pagar... Al menos por usar el agua caliente no te cobran!

Tras tres días y dos noches en este hostal, puedo afirmar que aunque tenga unas instalaciones prácticamente perfectas y una ubicación genial, no volvería a este lugar por el simple hecho de la inseguridad que hay en las habitaciones. Comenzaré por hablar de lo bueno: Las habitaciones tienen de todo, nos alojamos en un apartamento para tres y teníamos la cocina totalmente equipada, las camas ideales y muy cómodas. Y el baño aunque pequeño estaba genial. Las instalaciones del hotel nuevas. El restaurante no puedo valorarlo porque no probé nada. Sin embargo, nos encontramos en la situación de algo malo que hizo que el hostal pasara de ser perfecto a un lugar dónde no volvería. Y es que por la noche cuando estábamos durmiendo alguien entró en nuestra habitación, posiblemente se confundiria pero el problema está en que no es normal que en tu habitación puedan entrar con otras tarjetas. Nos pegamos un buen susto y no pudimos dormir más en toda la noche. Para mí la seguridad es primordial y si no la hay, no puedo confiar en volver al hostal de nuevo. Espero que lo arreglen porque sé que no es el único caso y si estáis buscando un lugar seguro, este no es el tuyo. Lo siento mucho, pero es así. Se lo comuniqué a recepción y dijeron que lo mirarían, pero el susto nadie te lo quita. Espero que lo solucionéis de verdad. Por todo lo demás, gracias por vuestros servicios.

Hemos realizado una ruta por Inglaterra en familia y este ha sido, con diferencia, el mejor hotel y además con el mejor precio. Enorme la diferencia. Desde fuera su aspecto te recuerda al Manchester más industrial, y quizá es lo que más te llama la atención, por dentro, todo muy minimalista sin agobios dándole un toque muy elegante las paredes de ladrillo envejecido. El personal muy atento en todo momento y ofreciendo soluciones a pequeños problemas cómo dejar todo el equipaje en consigna hasta la hora del check-in y del check-out ya que llegamos muy temprano al hotel y nos fuimos muy tarde cuando lo dejamos…o prestando paraguas cuando llovía (nosotros al final no los necesitamos). Las habitaciones, espectaculares. Muy limpio todo y el baño igualmente pulcro. Si duda, si algún día volvemos, nos hospedaremos aquí.

El hotel es muy moderno y relajado. El personal muy amable, el tipo detrás del bar recomienda la cerveza «Mahou», y fue uno de los pintos más bonitos que he tenido. La comida también fue muy buena.
