Pros: gran ubicación, hotel y habitaciones interesantes, y diseño único. Cons: aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación (sala de spa) no funcionaba y la habitación estaba cocinando. Hacía nuestro spa y baño casi inusable porque lo caliente que estaba en la habitación. Servicio al cliente. Llamaba a la mesa delantera sobre el aire acondicionado y su respuesta fue insertada la llave y esperar 30 minutos. Pude ser americano, pero ya lo hice antes de llamar (eso no es mi primer rodeo). Después de esperar otra 2 horas, intenté 4 veces llamar al escritorio delantero sin necesidad. Finalmente me renuncié y apenas dormimos esa noche. escritorio delantero. Además de llamar 4 veces, estaban demasiado ocupados para estar molestados con mi problema con aire acondicionado. ¡Después de la experiencia de checkout más larga que he tenido, descubrí (después de haber dejado la propiedad una vez que el folio fue enviado por correo) que me habían facturado por una tarifa de minibar!! No era mía. Era una llamada 10-minute para resolver el problema. El agente tenía el nervio de decirme (oh, olvidé que eres americano) después de pedirle inglés (aunque ya le hablé en inglés durante toda la llamada).

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El personal del Front Desk fue increíblemente amigable y útil -- tenían un lugar especial para cerrar nuestras bicicletas, nos ayudó a hacerlo, pasó tiempo con nosotros para revisar un mapa de la ciudad para decidir qué hacer y dónde ir, y nos envió una e-mail de información adicional. El hotel está situado en una gran ubicación central, a poca distancia de la estación de tren y a pie a muchos lugares. Las habitaciones son de gran tamaño, completamente modernas (grandes baños!), muy tranquilas, frías (era caliente y necesitamos aire acondicionado) y internet funciona perfectamente. El desayuno está servido en una agradable habitación con una gran vista a la estación/la ciudad; el personal amigable, los productos cálidos están cocinados para el pedido y el bufete está lleno de todo lo que quiera.

Está en una ubicación inmejorable, a 15 minutos caminando de la estación central y a una distancia caminable de la mayoría de las atracciones de la ciudad. El staff es muy amable, te ofrecen un café o té por la mañana y guardar el equipaje una vez realizado el check out. El hostel está en una calle llena de bares (el propio hotel cuenta con un bar abajo) pero cerrando las ventanas de la habitación no se escucha nada de la calle. La habitación estaba bien y tenía baño privado. La cama era cómoda y tenía un enchufe, luz propia y un cajón espacioso abajo de cada cama para usar con candado. Cuenta con cocina completamente equipada y las zonas comunes son cómodas.

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

Perfecte ontvangst, we waren te vroeg maar konden onze tas achterlaten bij de receptie van het tegenoverliggende hotel Emma. We kregen een upgrade, super blij mee. Het hotel ligt perfect centraal in de stad, met alle mogelijke horeca en middenstand op loopafstand. De kamer was perfect, het bed heerlijk, de douche krachtig en de koffie heerlijk. Ook digitaal werden we goed bediend, prima televisie met makkelijke link naar je eigen telefoon om te casten. Ook de speakers waren makkelijk te bedienen. Kortom: super tevreden met dit hotel.

While booking the hotel we certainly came across more fancy sites & locations. Despite the traditional perception transmitted by the website the heart was more impressive than the shell. The dynamic staff and trendy setting did charme us differently. Turns out that surprisingly the hotel is a perfect oasis in a quite noisy city. Once inside no noise no stress just a nice trendy cocoon covering all the aspects to regenerate after a busy day in the city. The rooms are nicely designed with a view. Breakfast is still in the “old” setting, but luckily did receive a inspiring touch. Offering a lot of variance it is a good start of the day. The parking concept on the site was vague, but perfectly expected by the caretaking staff on the phone. Although close to the city centre most of the bar & restaurants are at the other end of the town, but when the weather is fine “who cares !?”.

Motel One es siempre una buena dirección para los viajes urbanos, pero esta en Rotterdam es especialmente, no sólo por la situación en la zona de pie, sino también por la proximidad a la sala de mercado, que es una necesidad en esta maravillosa ciudad. Aquí nos gusta especialmente el bar de techo, que no sólo tiene una gran vista sobre la ciudad especialmente de noche, sino que también ofrece una gran selección de gin de todo el mundo. (en general en Motel One's) Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas, como en Motel One, pero muy inteligente en el equipamiento.

Reservamos sólo una noche. . Las mujeres de la recepción fueron muy amables. No sabía que tenía que pagar un depósito de 50 euros, no tenía tarjeta de crédito. Ella fue amable al decirme un cajero automático cercano. La habitación estaba limpia. No tan pequeño, en realidad lo suficientemente grande. Baño muy bonito.

Hotel de primera, tiene una ubicación céntrica y el hotel tiene un garaje de estacionamiento que facilita el acceso en automóvil. El personal es muy útil. NH Atlanta es un hotel muy recomendable

El sitio es muy bueno. Justo en el centro de la ciudad de Rotterdam. La estación de tren está inactiva durante 20 minutos con equipaje. También es muy animado. Es tanto tiendas como restaurantes. El restaurante chino KFC McDonald's Burger King junto al hotel ... ¡todo! Es muy conveniente caminar hasta Markthal y la casa del cubo en 10 minutos. Desventajas: La habitación es pequeña. La maleta solo se puede abrir una. Casi no hay espacio para caminar. El equipaje, secador de pelo, etc. se debe cobrar por separado (no gasté ese dinero). El horario de check-in también está muy muerto y no se ha discutido.

Un hotel increible! Personal amabilísimo! Hablan varios idiomas y el trato es exquisito en todo momento! En especial Camino y Berend, que nos atendieron a nosotros y ambos fueron encantadores. El hotel tiene espacios gigantes para descansar, y un bar que funciona 24 horas. Las habitaciones funcionan con un ipad y ofrecen un amplio servicio de peliculas y canales totalmente gratuitos. Está situado muy céntrico y es más que recomendable. Repetiremos seguro! ❤️
