La habitación era limpia y limpia y sin olor. Todo funcionó y la ducha estaba caliente con presión de agua agradable. El desayuno era continental, nada caliente, pero tenía toda la intención de conseguir bagajes para el viaje a casa y no estaba allí para el desayuno.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba la habitación. La habitación era muy limpia y el desayuno estaba bien. Lo que me decepcionó fue la actitud que recibí del (supongo) manejo frontal de la junta en mi vehículo. Esto no es una aparición inusual, ya que los plugs fuera tienden a ser viejos y desnudos. Me dijeron que podía ir a la calle para cargar mi coche y ”robar” eléctrico de ellos, porque no podían acomodar mi coche porque era demasiado caro para mantenerlo. No hay problema con el auto, pero no me quedaría aquí otra vez.

Estaba aquí porque estaba cerca de un matrimonio que estaban asistiendo. El cuarto era menor que los hoteles de cadena media, pero no realmente un problema para nosotros. Tenía una cama de tamaño rey en una habitación sin fumar que era realmente suave y no duro como la mayoría de los camas de hotel son normalmente. La habitación era limpia y en el primer piso que era agradable. La habitación también vino con una microondas y un refrigerador que era grande para los restos que teníamos. No hay hierro ni café, pero otra vez, no era un problema para nosotros, pero si necesitaba uno, la habitación no lo tenía. La zona de desayuno estaba cerrada a COVID que esperaba. Se sentía como si estuviéramos en una zona segura.

El estacionamiento del hotel es gratuito, hay un gran número de lugares de coche, y la habitación es muy grande, hay neve, toallas, ventilador, agua de lavado, solución de lavado y agua de envasado. Pero la temperatura del agua no es demasiado caliente, el flujo de agua también es lento.

La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy limpia y la habitación estaba muy bien. La piscina es muy agradable, pero no es fácil, pero es muy fácil, pero es muy fácil. Un hombre dejó en 12 personas, un poco más tarde dos familias grandes fueron admitidas. Cuando le notificé a Hyatt por correo electrónico recibí una respuesta que sería examinada. Estaba allí más de una hora después de esa respuesta y nadie vino a comprobar. No es un buen trabajo para Hyatt mantener a sus huéspedes seguros y cómodos, no mencionar la responsabilidad si alguien se ha herido.
