En una estancia de 5 noches: - -Sin calefacción en el cuarto de baño todos los días (invierno) -Petición de mantas el primer día atendida el tercero -Cobro indebido de productos consumidos que habían sido indicados como "gratuitos" -Cobro duplicado de las tasas locales -Polvo y migas sin barrer -Calle muy ruidosa por la noche

Nice central hotel /bed and breakfast This is a small hotel more like a B&B. The rooms are very clean and nice. Maybe a bit noisy because it’s an old building. The bed is nice. Pillows could be better. Shower is nice. Staff is helpful. Good value for money.

Best location in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions. The building located on a small street that a bit hard to find, so use the navigation program. Large specious room, very clean and cosy. The room good equiped, the little minus is a lack of kettle and the iron. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Very nice helpful staff, option for breakfast, but we didn't use it. Check out at 11:00 and if you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage for storage. The staff is in the building only till afternoon, so if you intend to arrive later, let them know in advance. Just book the suit and enjoy!

I hated this hotel. There is no one at reception even tho they say there is. It’s a screen. No real person. The wifi sucks, they never sent the access code and when they did it didn’t work. The cab they said they ordered to take me to the airport never came. Breakfast is 30 euros per person!! There’s under lighting under the bed which made it impossible to sleep. We had to sit in a chair with the room door open to get wifi reception.

We loved stayinga the Gigli D'oro. We had not one problem with the hotel. Alessio the innkeeper exceeded all my expectations. From the minute I booked the hotel to the last day, Alessio helped me out with all my requests. Alessio and his staff were wonderful. Nina the housekeeper was outstanding. We had a front room and couldn't be more happier. Grant it, that this is not the Excelsior or the Hilton, but a very small, extremely clean hotel in one of the best areas of Rome. The way Alessio runs his hotel is a more modern way and that's ok. We had coffee and cornetto one day. We weren't interested in breakfast at the hotel, but wanted to eat what Rome had to offer. The block was very little and quiet and all was well. We cannot wait to return.

They advertise they have a restaurant and bar but the bar is only a mini bar in your room and the restaurant is breakfast only reserved in advance with only 4 tables in a small room and they charge 10 euros per person. There is no front desk, no one to speak to with concerns. It is a very small hotel with nice size rooms but they call it a suite when there is only a bed and a jacuzzi tub - no couch, chairs or table. The toilet broke down twice during our 4 nights there. It was also very noisy with street traffic. The only salvation is that it is only a block from Piazza Novana, which is the area we wanted to be in. We will never stay there again.

I would have rated terrible if it weren't for the location of the lodging, which is superb. First let me state that we stayed here 4 years ago and were delighted. I well understand the ravages of Covid on the industry and have factored this into the review. I booked the junior executive suite, which we had stayed across the hall from last time. It was the same as the exclusive suite but higher ceiling. When we arrived, there was no one to let us in, around early afternoon. We did not receive the emailed access code until after 2 . We were evidently expected to drag our own bags upstairs. We were escorted to a second floor room, so small that there was no where for clothes. The employee said we booked that room despite proof of the contrary. The staff finally promised to put us in the proper room the next day. Any request went unanswered due to video conferencing that was ineffective. There was no food services any longer either. Our hot water stopped working twice and the toilet flushed poorly. Sadly despite the location I would not recommend staying here and would not return.

Ho alloggiato qui una notte a novembre Hotel piccolo ma ben curano, stanza piccola ma molto accoglievole. Avevamo una piccola suite con idromassaggio. Prezzo nella norma, lo consiglio. Da migliorare un po’ la pulizia e le stanze non sono insonorizzate per niente

Alles. Mooie suites op de bovenste verdieping. Er was een uitstekende service van met name Catalina en haar mannelijke collega. Ondanks 2 suites apart voelde het met de deuren open als 1. De kinderen genoten van de jacuzzi’s. Het ontbijt was echt super. Overdaad, service en smaakvol.

La vasca idromassaggio era GELIDA, l'acqua diventava appena tiepida. La doccia pure aveva l'acqua freddissima in pieno inverno!! La stanza che avevo prenotato non era stata pulita, e abbiamo dovuto pagare extra per averne un'altra!! Deplorevole servizio. Prezzo esagerato. Tv senza Netflix e canali che non funzionano. P E S S I M O

Bello, elegante, raffinato, ho dormito da Dio. Unico neo- si sentono i rumori da fuori. Ma siamo nel pieno centro, quindi è comprensibile! Nulla da aggiungere oltre questo, volevo solo mettere le fotografie, ma mi mancano altri 100 caratteri, ecco ho fatto, Roma, sei bellissima)))

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la place navone dans un quartier plein de petits restos sympas . Les chambres sont cosy et agréables ,la douche est très fonctionnelle . Le bemol est l’absence de petit déjeuner,la salle étant fermée alors que sur les sites de réservation il est proposé .L’accueil est correct meme si le principe de la réception sur écran deporte nuit un peu à la chaleur de l échange

Pessima esperienza: abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo posto, carino e centrale, ma siamo stati senza acqua calda. Abbiamo segnalato il disservizio al personale, che tuttavia non ha risolto il problema, nè ci ha sostituito la stanza. Il proprietario non ha nemmeno risposto alla telefonata ed ai messaggi successivi ha minimizzato asserendo l’assenza di segnalazioni analoghe dalle altre camere occupate. A prescindere dal costo, tra l’altro molto, molto alto, l’acqua calda è un requisito indispensabile per qualsiasi struttura che impedisce qualsivoglia valutazione ulteriore sulla qualità dei servizi della struttura.
