La ubicación de la casa de familia es muy buena y la vista es amplia. Las instalaciones internas están completas, muy limpias y la limpieza es muy oportuna. El jefe es muy amable y considerado. Él siempre me da las respuestas que quiero antes de preguntarlas. Es meticuloso y paciente.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. Para ser honesto, cuando reservamos este hotel por una noche, sólo no teníamos muy altas esperanzas. Hilton Zhoushan se mostró sorprendente; literalmente desde el primer minuto que nos atravesamos, nos saludaron calorosamente por el personal del escritorio delantero. El GM fue muy bueno, y una vez que se dio cuenta de que era el primer cumpleaños de nuestra hija, ofreció tortas y velas. 在攜程上看了很久最終選擇入住普陀山大酒店2晚，事實證明選擇是多麼的正確； 剛進入普陀山，大酒店的接送車就在售票處靜靜的等着遠道而來的客人，開車司機非常的友善，認真負責，我們兩是下午1點才到達普陀山，飢腸轆轆的我們一到酒店就直奔酒店中餐廳雲扶軒，感謝中餐廳領班朱敏同學的熱情招待和詳細介紹，來普陀山的第一餐就吃得特別盡興和滿意；普陀山大酒店大廳很明亮寬敞，最重要的是感覺非常乾淨，這點很重要，酒店前台和送行李的帥哥很認真負責，小哥陪同我們把行李送到我們房間，很温馨有種到家的感覺； 普陀山大酒店的房間給我最深刻的印象就是衞生整潔，各個細節都做得非常到位，房間雖然不大，但是一走進去就感覺特別舒服，入住這兩天睡眠質量很好，感謝房間打掃阿姨的辛勤努力，謝謝您！ 酒店大廳有免費喝的老白茶，一直有服務員會燒好新的老白茶續上，所以總能喝到新燒好的，細節最能打動人心，這點很不錯； 早餐品種很多，員工們四點半就到餐廳開始準備，等入住客人睡好起來到餐廳後各式各樣的豐富早餐映入眼簾，對菜品的標識都非常清楚到位，方便住店客人選擇；在普陀山大酒店早餐可以吃得很飽，營養到位，為一天的遊玩打下堅實的基礎； 感謝管家鄭迎春小姐姐的熱心安排，大酒店的每位員工都在認真努力把工作做好，很陽光充滿朝氣，住在這樣的酒店裡麪每天心情都是美美的； 酒店地理位置極佳，附近就是商業一條街，晚上非常熱鬧，用餐買水果奶茶日用品都特別方便，更適合飯後散步； 期待下次到普陀山再次入住普陀山大酒店，真的很好很温馨，再次感謝大酒店員工們的辛勤付出，一個充滿朝氣積極向上的團隊！

Hotel is near Puji Temple but has really thin walls. The room is in a bad state could tell that it’s time for a makeover.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

¡Ir al hotel de primera selección de Pushan Shan Fu Fu, el hotel camina a Pusjing por cinco o seis minutos, el restaurante original del sabor del hotel abajo puede probar los frutos de la montaña y los pequeños frutos del mar, que vale la pena recomendar. ¡El queso Tifu no está lejos del hotel puede probarlo! El hotel tiene un coche de lazo hasta el puerto, a diez minutos a pie de la estación de autobús, puede caminar a la vista del Mar de China Meridional. En resumen, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, ¡vale la pena recomendarlo!

Beautiful retreat nestled in PutuoShan. Though hotel has not been renovated for some time the facilities remain in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Though we had some issues with the air conditioning in the winter the rooms were warm and we did not have to switch on the heater. The hotel organises tea classes and sutra writing which was therapeutic. Only issue is hotel is intended for domestic audience so very little english is used. One has to be able to speak chinese. All in all recommended for any spiritual retreat.. without compromising the luxuries of a premier hotel.

Good service especially for Yao Jianzhong since he gave us bottled waters when we are waiting for time
