UUsuario invitadoEverything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too.
However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. Thanks!

UUsuario invitado¡Ven a la montaña de Chen Chen y quiere ir a la montaña de Punchang, este hotel puede ser la primera opción! La ubicación es buena, caminar a cinco minutos del puerto de Chen, y volver a la cama tan cansada como vuelve a la cama. También es amable con los animales de compañía, el hotel tiene un pequeño gato y es muy lindo. No hay muchas clases de desayuno, pero el gusto es bueno. El estacionamiento es también conveniente, hay muchos lugares de estacionamiento en la puerta y la comunicación con la recepción también sería conveniente para los bonos de estacionamiento.

UUsuario invitadoI am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

El paisaje de la habitación es bueno y es relativamente limpio y limpio. La más satisfactoria es que la habitación es más seca, antes de que sea Sanya o Taland, la habitación es generalmente húmeda. Esta habitación es seca y vive más cómoda.

UUsuario invitado五一假期前往普陀山遊玩，在這家酒店住了兩天，前台經理免費幫我們房間升了級，還贈送了小孩的早餐券，房間讓我感到很驚喜，問服務員多要了一條被子，榻榻米的茶室正好可以讓娃自己當床睡，就是沒有鋪墊，不過對娃來説是個很新奇的體驗，浴室是乾濕分離的，還有泡腳桶，可以泡掉一天的旅途疲憊。唯一美中不足的就是早餐廳，前台説到早上9:30結束，我們第一天玩太累了所以第二天8:50到餐廳已經開始收餐了，本來早餐品種就不多，所以就簡單拿了幾樣所剩無幾的點心隨便應付了，9:10服務員就在我們旁邊拖地了，我為了不影響他們收攤就拿着還沒吃完的茶葉蛋打算帶回房再吃，服務員竟然對我説不能外帶，我説我是為了不影響你們打掃才帶的，又不是離開餐廳前故意去拿了帶走的，既然你們不允許帶那我就慢慢在餐廳吃完吧，當時時間也衹有9:20。雖然我知道這家餐廳是外包的，但是此種服務和格局實在和酒店檔次不匹配！

MMike the digital nomadI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

CCN.TorlageLovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
