Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. The hotel is well located near the Zhujiajian Wugongshi Wharf in a walkable distance (5-7 minutes). There are many nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. The room is well-decorated, smart controls for temperature, light, and curtains. Breakfast is good and started at 6.30 AM for travelers who would like to go to the Putuoshan earlier. The front service is excellent.

I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

Con dos personas mayores viajamos y comunicamos con el comerciante dos habitaciones al lado. Vivían en la isla un día después, el precio de una noche es tres veces más caro que este. No hay un hotel que sea bueno para esta gente, no hay un solo plato sexual. Lo siento, no volví a vivir en esta casa ese día, Hemos dejado la mayoría de las zonas de paisaje hasta las tres de la tarde, y todo el tiempo es suficiente para salir de la isla. Esperamos que vuelva a ser la próxima vez, debemos arreglar esta casa. Deseo a los comerciantes que prosperen y que lo hagan.

管家會提前聯繫入住需求。民宿司機師傅接送我們去的夕會，特別熱情，開車也很穩，給師傅點贊👏 到了酒店 ，管家就給我們辦理入住，會幫忙拿箱子去房間🫰🏻 房間風景挺好的，也比較乾淨整潔。最滿意的是房間比較乾燥，之前不管是三亞還是泰蘭德的海景房，房間普遍潮濕。這次房間乾燥，住着比較舒服。 自助早餐雖然種類少 但是勝在新鮮好吃。肉包子好吃，橙汁加冰塊好喝，蛋糕抹奶酪也好吃。 午餐提前一天定的。倆人吃了400多，性價比可以，味道很好。是我們來舟山三天裏吃的最好吃的一頓。很新鮮。 還有桌球室、健身房。跟老公玩了一下桌球哈哈哈，也算小白的桌球初體驗了。 成功住上心動的信號8同款民宿啦哈哈哈 （PS：唯一的美中不足，晚上冷空調開不起來 ，五月份怕熱星人還是很怕熱的，早點有點被熱到了哈哈哈，不過夏季來肯定會開，昨天應該是怕晚上降温 衹能開熱空調） 每次住宿總體滿分💯

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

La habitación es adecuada para vivir en la familia, el entorno general es bastante bueno, hay mejores frutas para recibir, el personal de servicio de recepción es sincero, el servicio es entusiasta, elogio, puede ser compatible con el cliente ❤, es realmente difícil

El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, y tiene una ubicación ideal para los huéspedes. Recomendamos esta opción para los platos, la calidad es excelente y el bufete es de 530pm - 9pm. Acceso a la playa - los locales necesitan mostrar ID y pagar 10rmb. Aunque tuvimos días en la mayoría de los días, el ambiente es muy cómodo y la comida del Occidente era deliciosa.
