Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. The hotel is well located near the Zhujiajian Wugongshi Wharf in a walkable distance (5-7 minutes). There are many nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. The room is well-decorated, smart controls for temperature, light, and curtains. Breakfast is good and started at 6.30 AM for travelers who would like to go to the Putuoshan earlier. The front service is excellent.

I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

Encontré un hotel de estilo de Bingo Jiaxiao Zheng Zheng Xiaoqiang y muy alto precio!!! La ubicación es muy conveniente ~ ¡Está muy cerca del puerto y el aeropuerto, el hotel tiene servicios de transporte! ¡Puedes hacer un trato anticipado ~ El hotel está en el barrio. Una vez entrado la puerta, se puede ver el lugar donde se maneja la estancia. Hay diez casas de vacaciones en ellas 😂 Nuestro cuarto es un gran escenario con masajes ➕, ¡el escenario se volvió a ver la serie de televisión en el masaje! En el suburbio, es especialmente tranquilo, y es más hermoso disfrutar de la noche en el granero ~ Y las caras y las muñecas son una sola vez. La salud limpia es muy tranquila ~ El primer piso es su especial comida vegetariana, cada habitación tiene un buen sabor y un buen sabor! Leo el pequeño libro rojo que muchas personas vienen por su casa. ¡Puede correr!! ¡La puerta del suburbio también es muy grande, hay muchas ventas y comer es muy conveniente! Tenemos que decir que el precio de este lado es realmente demasiado grande. Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. We were never been told that the air-conditioning would be turned off during the night. Because of this decision, two of my family members overheated and their faces turned red, and eventually everyone in the room developed a fever. When we went to the counter to ask for help, we were told that the hotel shuts off the aircond because “most customers prefer a 养生 environment.” This excuse is completely unacceptable. If some guests want warmer temperatures, they can adjust it on their own. Turning off the air-conditioning for all guests is irresponsible. Instead of solving the issue, the staff pushed blame around, avoided accountability, and finally offered us a fan as a “solution” , after we had already paid full price for a room that should have proper cooling. Only when I finally raised my voice and demanded to speak to the manager ,they decide to turn the aircond back on. What’s the point of staying here If guests have to fight just to get normal air-conditioning, what kind of hotel is this? This whole experience completely ruined my trip. The front desk service was equally disappointing. They were unfriendly, unresponsive, and dismissive. They ignored us while chatting among themselves and only responded when I raised my voice. This behaviour falls far below professional standards. I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced such unprofessional and irresponsible service. I do not recommend this hotel.

The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

La habitación es muy limpia, tiene un sabor de champán, muy tranquilo, el diseño general es muy cálido y sencillo, aunque en el primer piso, pero es bueno ver en el pueblo de vacaciones muy bien, y es muy bonito ver en el balcón.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, y tiene una ubicación ideal para los huéspedes. Recomendamos esta opción para los platos, la calidad es excelente y el bufete es de 530pm - 9pm. Acceso buffet tickets by scanning the code, don't let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. ¡Nos engañaron a comprar bonos de comida a través del hotel cuando llegamos a un precio ligeramente más alto. ¡Y pronto aprendieron que puedes comprarlos por más barato en su mini program! Acceso a la playa - los locales necesitan mostrar ID y pagar 10rmb. Aunque tuvimos días en la mayoría de los días, el ambiente es muy cómodo y la comida del Occidente era deliciosa.
