UUsuario invitadoEverything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too.
However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. Thanks!

UUsuario invitadoViajar en Pucheng y la isla de la mañana siguiente, por lo que elija este hotel. También vale la pena encontrar cómodo. En el estacionamiento de la aviación, si vienes a estacionar sin necesidad de atacar, y vayas al puerto, caminar lentamente hasta cinco minutos, super cómodo. Los servicios y las instalaciones son buenos, el paisaje de la habitación del mar también es bueno, mi habitación incluso tiene un pequeño chico que se equivale a la cama, no hay problema sentarse arriba, y a la distancia del mar también es cómodo. En resumen, es muy recomendable.

UUsuario invitadoI am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.

整棟民宿依山臨海而建，視野無敵開闊，面朝大海，日落晚霞隨手一拍都是大片。房間乾淨清爽，躺在床上就能聽海浪、看海景，整個人瞬間放鬆下來。
店家服務特別暖心，很周到。懸崖泳池超有氛圍感，下樓就能散步吹海風，海鮮味道也很地道。
遠離城市喧囂，安安靜靜看海發呆，來嵊泗度假住這兒太合適，真心安利！

WWarren TanadaService by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

UUnion.1酒店位置方便，自駕有超大免費停車場，地面地下都有，車位隨便挑，不用找半天。 服務也挺貼心，前台sunny辦入住速度快很專業，還主動給我們推薦隔壁好吃的海鮮排擋，走路五分鐘就能到達，特別的方便，這點太實在了。我們想借充電寶、問遊玩路線，sunny都耐心解答，還幫忙免費延遲到下午兩點，不用大清早趕行程，十分的貼心。 我們住的房間空間夠大，燈光敞亮，還有個大陽台，海景很美。 房間衞生很棒，床單被套乾淨，房間整體很乾凈，設施設備很齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水很穩定，燈光也很敞亮。床品和枕頭都很舒服，WiFi網速很快。 入住後還專門打電話過來問我房間安排的怎麼樣是否滿意，是否有別的其他需要，服務真的很好，感覺到自己的體驗被關注到。 房間裏面需要什麼打個電話都能立馬送上來，酒店還有機器人，點外賣可以讓機器人送，真的很方便！ 早餐種類很全，粥粉面、包子油條、麪包咖啡、新鮮水果都有，味道也在線，吃得很滿足。 酒店還有小花園，晚上吃完飯去花園散散步，拍拍照，非常的滿足。大堂很優雅氣派，在大堂吧就可以直接欣賞一線海景！酒店還有泳池和健身房，泳池温度適宜，健身房是24小時的隨時都能去。 附近景點很多，南沙，大青山，觀音法界都是十分鐘車程，遊玩非常方便。入住會贈送去東沙景區的門票，不限次數，這點對於帶孩子的家庭太友好了，下午在沙灘曬曬太陽看看海景娃娃沙子，簡直太放鬆了。工作人員都很有禮貌，見面都會微笑打招呼，禮賓小哥哥眼裡有活，每次經過大堂衹有手裡拎着東西都會上前幫忙，點贊！ 錯峯出遊酒店性價比很高，下次還回來住

DDanothompSituated just off the beach area of DaDaShuan (sp?) this hotel is perfectly placed to access surfing, water bikes, and other beach activities. It also has a wonderfully clean (heated!) swimming pool. Our room itself was excellent for our little family including baby, but the only gripe I would have is the entertainment options on the TV was severely limited to a few select videos and local channels. So if you want to watch your own films and shows, bring a device as you can use the HDMI on the TV. Also, they’re quietly dog friendly.
