«I felt calm and peaceful staying in this resort. Love the large window in the lobby overlooking the courtyard. There was a complimentary pottery experience as well, just Didi less than 1km away. The checkout is at 2pm which allows me to spend more time in the hotel without having to rush. The breakfast didn’t have much variety because it’s off peak season, nevertheless I was very full from the selection. If you don’t mind the slight distance, wouldrecommend!»

«Este viaje a Jingdezhen fue una auténtica joya: ¡el hotel era una verdadera joya en la capital de la porcelana! ✨ Ubicación y transporte: La ubicación es inmejorable, lo que facilita enormemente los desplazamientos. Está cerca del Museo de Cerámica de China y de la Exposición de Costumbres Populares del Horno Antiguo, a un corto trayecto en taxi. Atracciones populares como Taoxichuan y la Fábrica Imperial de Hornos también se encuentran cerca, con una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas, lo que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto tanto para viajes de placer como de negocios. Ambiente y diseño: El vestíbulo es elegante y sofisticado, incorporando elementos de la cerámica de Jingdezhen y creando una rica atmósfera artística. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, con una distribución bien planificada y excelente luz natural y ventilación. La decoración es sencilla pero sofisticada, con una atención meticulosa al detalle, limpia, ordenada y acogedora: una experiencia verdaderamente placentera. Limpieza y detalles: ¡La limpieza fue impecable! Los suelos estaban impecables, la ropa de cama era blanca, suave y sin olor, el baño contaba con una zona seca y otra húmeda separadas, el inodoro y el lavabo estaban relucientes, la mampara de la ducha no tenía marcas de agua y las toallas eran gruesas y suaves. Cada rincón de la habitación estaba impecablemente limpio, garantizando una estancia segura y confortable. Experiencia en las instalaciones: Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas y están totalmente equipadas. El colchón es de firmeza media y las almohadas son opcionales. Se relajará al instante y dormirá plácidamente. El wifi de alta velocidad, el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente son fiables y potentes, y los puertos de carga están convenientemente ubicados. Los dispositivos inteligentes son prácticos y el proyector de pantalla gigante ofrece una experiencia visual fantástica. Actitud de servicio: El servicio es cálido y atento, proporcionando una experiencia cómoda y acogedora desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida. El personal de recepción es proactivo y entusiasta, responde pacientemente a las preguntas, ayuda a planificar rutas turísticas y proporciona paraguas, kits de costura y mapas de cortesía. El personal de limpieza es meticuloso y amable, responde con prontitud a cualquier necesidad y demuestra atención al detalle. Resumen: Un hotel de alta calidad con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Ubicación privilegiada, entorno precioso, limpieza impecable, servicio atento y completas instalaciones: cuida cada detalle, ¡lo que lo convierte en la mejor opción de alojamiento en Jingdezhen! Ya está en mi lista de hoteles imprescindibles y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a mis amigos que visiten la capital de la porcelana. ¡Sin duda, no se arrepentirán! 👍»

«The location for this hotel is perfect, surrounded by mountain and green however the structure of the building is full of panels which distract the view from the room window (see picture). One more funny thing is, the washing basin was outside, by the closet. Very weird design, student accommodation ?! At some points, would have a feeling of behind bars! The house keeping is another story. I’ve switched on ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door but they still came in to clean, more frustrating is they even threw away my toothbrush. Furthermore they never cleaned the used mugs, I stayed for 4 days 3 nights, the two mugs were used during the first and second day and they stayed unclean till I checked out. This building is a big oval shaped building, and there was only two elevators on one end of the building, meant if your room is on the another end, like mine, you need to walk long way before you reach your room. It’s ashamed as it’s a nice hotel in a good location, but due to the above reasons, I will not consider to return.»

«The hotel has some distance from the main tourist attractions. The hotel is quite new and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast here :)»
