Exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed, exceptional concierge service, excellent amenities and areas to truly enjoy a staycation. Conveniently located in the bustling Sanbao street, eleme deliveries are also available and come right up to the room, the hot tub came with bath salts, mood lighting and really was worth every penny. Standout features: - Luxurious design - Exceptional bed and pillows, best sleep in months - Amazing hot tub - Good quality bath products and toiletries - Very cozy robes - Spacious room Few suggestions that could elevate this experience further: - The tv does not have GiTV it has CRTV so English entertainment is unavailable on the projector unless you mirror your device and use a Chinese streaming app. International apps are not compatible. - Room temp at night is quite warm since air conditioning is switched off during the winters, fans would be a relief - Would’ve loved some chocolate placed on pillows for a honey suite - The service is only in Chinese and restaurant closes at 4:30 pm unless you book a meal in advance - There is no dairy creamer with the coffee only milk available in the restaurant on 1F - Would’ve loved the projector in the hot tub area - Xiao Du only understands Chinese and most room commands need her assistance, inconvenient if someone doesn’t speak the language - Hard to find Didi Cabs to go anywhere but relatively easy to find cabs 2km away. (Very scenic walk or e-scooter) 10/10 recommended

When i booked the hotel Trip stated that the swimming pool was not in use, but there was no comment about the gym. When we checked in we were told that neither the pool or gym were in use. This is not acceptable, i booked the hotel especially because i wanted a gym and/or a swimming pool. Anyway, our room was upgraded, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable, there was a nice hot tub, it was quiet at night and the service was excellent. The Ceramics museum was less than 5 mins walk.

Excellent place to stay on the edge of the Taoyang historic area. You can even get in through the back door. Great to explore at night. Beautifully restored building with a modern but antique feel. Very comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

The proper is great. The location is perfect. The room is big and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel because the staff is also very helpful and nice. The check in and check out went very smooth perfect place to stay one or a few nights.

Me alojé en este hotel el domingo pasado y, en general, tuve una experiencia agradable y cómoda. El hotel es bonito, tranquilo y tiene una ubicación inmejorable; sinceramente, la mejor de toda la ciudad. Está justo al lado del museo, el Museo del Horno, con una vista perfecta del Wundiw, y del casco antiguo, lo que lo hace ideal para explorar Jingdezhen. La habitación era de buen tamaño, aunque un poco estrecha debido a su distribución alargada, pero era cómoda. El aislamiento acústico no era el mejor y podía oír a mis vecinos, pero el personal de recepción fue muy amable y me proporcionó tapones para los oídos rápidamente. También me enviaron un mensaje antes de mi llegada para confirmar mi hora de entrada, e incluso me dieron un pequeño obsequio de bienvenida, lo cual agradecí mucho. Además, me trajeron fruta fresca a la habitación, un detalle muy amable. El desayuno fue muy bueno: un bufé libre completo con suficiente variedad para disfrutar de una comida completa. No ofrecen platos personalizados, pero hay muchas opciones para elegir, y en general el desayuno fue satisfactorio y agradable. No es la habitación más perfecta, pero por el precio ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio, y la ubicación es inmejorable.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Jingdezhen Taoxichuan was truly exceptional! This modern hotel perfectly combines contemporary design with the rich artistic heritage of Jingdezhen, known as the porcelain capital of China. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for our family. The modern amenities including smart TV, fast WiFi, and premium toiletries made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal - right next to the famous Taoxichuan Ceramic Art Avenue, where we could explore numerous ceramic studios, galleries, and workshops. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for visiting the Jingdezhen Ceramic Fair and local porcelain factories. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast spread featuring both Chinese and Western options, with fresh local specialties like cold noodles and rice dishes. The coffee at the lobby bar was excellent - a perfect way to start our mornings before exploring the city. The fitness center was well-maintained and had all the equipment we needed. What made this stay special was the hotel's connection to Jingdezhen's ceramic culture - from the beautiful porcelain decorations in the lobby to the ceramic-themed artwork in our room. We visited the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum and the 798 Art District, both easily accessible from the hotel. The concierge arranged a private pottery-making experience which was the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingdezhen for the ceramic art, cultural experiences, or simply to explore this fascinating historical city. Location is perfect if you wanna soend time hanging around the impreial kiln area, the entrance tickets allow u to enter for consecutive three days, and it is nice to take a walk at the river side right across hotel too. 20mins taxi ride from highspeed rail station. There is supermarket nearby, and quite a lot of local jiangxi dishes restaurants and a local mall with kfc within 10mins walk. a little shop selling the famous fried dough sesame mochi and soybean milk at the street next to it. The hotel is a bit too worn out and first time i enter the room theres a really bad smell which could be from the towel/mob they used to clean. N the room is too dark as the window is pretty small. It gets better after i turn on the ac for the whole night… The room is veryvery spacious but the shower space has water leakage on the floor… n the washing basin is a bit block… n water goes away really slow… Hotel staff are friendly tho except first day the house cleaning lady keeps knocking my door for cleaning but im still in bed and second time im in shower… first time in my life encounter such frequent knocking lol And it is pretty weird they throw away my toothbrush on the second night too cos they throw away my travel toobrush cap too… Corridor is pretty nice n the room decor u can tell they immersed quite some ceramic elements which is nice but overall the hotel is quite worn out and the noise isolation from corridor still has great room for improvement.

I extended my stay at this hotel - although it’s not perfect, it’s good for the price. Nice and clean.
