Fuimos por trabajo una colega y yo y nos quedamos alrededor de un mes. La habitación es cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar. Una durmió en la cama grande y otra en el sillón cama, que estaba bastante bien. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y, además de atendernos en el día a día, nos asistieron para reservar un día en catamaran. Algo bueno de este lugar es reservan directamente excursiones que te buscan y te devuelven en la misma puerta del alojamiento. Pero una de las situaciones que mejor describe la amabilidad y la predisposición de las personas que trabajan allí, fue cuando mi colega se lesionó la espalda. Ante el gran dolor que tenía, hicieron lo posible por conseguir un colchón más duro y un turno con un especialista. También la llevaron a esta cita con el especialista, y la fueron a buscar. Fue una gran atención que agradecemos mucho. La verdad es que nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y muy bien acompañadas y apoyadas en todo lo que hemos necesitado. No utilizamos la piscina porque preferimos ir a la playa que está a solo 10 minutos a pie, pero siempre vimos que estaba limpia y apetecible. No dudamos en recomendar este alojamiento. Y siempre agradecidas a Ram, Sara y su otra colega!!

We stayed at Grand Bay Suites in December for a week. From the welcome and the check in and everything in between, it was a pleasure. The rooms were very spacious and clean and well fitted for our self catering stay. The rooms were serviced everyday and was a pleasure coming back to after a long day out. The only issue, and this was a problem, is that you cannot get Wi-Fi in the rooms. You have to be on the balcony in order to connect. With the heat and humidity in Mauritius in December, this is a real problem with all the insects. The resort definitely needs to upgrade their Wi-Fi. The staff were always very friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to return for another holiday

We stayed at the appartement style accommodation for 15 nights and we know the location well as we lived there - here is some recommendations before you decide to book there:
Internet is only available from the lobby
For the whole stay TV was not functioning
When we mentioned to the staff about the issues the service started to be lacking. Missing towels for the bathroom - cuttlery washed negligently - bed sheets exchange not as usual. Above all difficult to sleep on Saturdays as the nightclub nearby was too noisy until 2am.

The place is located near the beach the service from the staff was excellent. Mr Ram the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was really good it was nice and clean and I would recommend that you consider trying this place out.

Well situated in Grand Baie, close to la Cuvette public beach and to convince store (next door). Bus stop just outside and Pereberre is 2 minutes ride. We stayed here several times, in 2013, 2017 and 2022. Staff friendly. However during our last visit we noticed the place needs a serious refurbishment both inside the rooms and outside in the garden. Until then we will stay elsewhere.

Please check out other reviews to see we always leave a honest opinion We had looked at these first but then decided to book 6 nights in a different apartment. After staying the first night in other place which wasn’t suitable we took the decision to leave there and book these instead. Best decision we made. Had early check in and upon arrival around 10-30 our room was ready on the ground floor. WOW !!! Beautifully minimalistic and spotless and well laid out: full kitchen including large fridge freezer and full cooker. Island with bar stools, living room, large bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom led out to patio with chairs and a table. Bed was huge !!! Only issue we had was with safe but this was resolved. Staff were lovely and friendly. There is also washing facilities there around the back. It’s right next door to a good supermarket, with bus stops on opposite sides of road also for ease. two beach’s within a 5-6 min walk and a lovely pub called the tavern approx 30 seconds away. The centre of grand baie is approx 5-10 min walk and very easy to do. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

Highly recommended place for relaxing and holidaying . Good location with amenities close-by. Clean, airconditioned and cozy appartement. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. Hot and cold water available at all times. The best part remains the big swimming pool with a small one attached for kids. The host Mr Ram is always available to help. Wonderful and memorable experience with family and kids. Will definitely visit again.!
