El servicio de desayuno que separé por internet y la calidad en la habitación no cumplieron con la expectativa que tenía. Adicionalmente no fue destacado el proceso de check in debido a que fue lento, no tuvo prioridad al ser una hora tarde en la noche.

This place is terrible all the staff have the worst attitudes I asked if I could have my room clean they said I had to call a day in advance beds sheets and covers have stains all over them towels are dingy short little older man just literally ignored me as I was asking questions about the tv not working oh yea cable is not working at all this place is the worst very bad experience stains in the toilet this place needs to be shut down

the room smelled, internet service did not work, no breakfast as advertised, no blow dryer in room, TV dd not work and staff was not friendly I tried to ask the staff to accommodate me for the things that were wrong only to be told they will contact me and to never receive the call from the manager

The whole room is dirty ,unsanitary and it stinks…. they never wash the blankets or sheets or give you new towels.. it’s also a dangerous environment. The water pressure sucks the showers dirty. there’s no breakfast no laundry room. The pool is always condemned.

Days Inn by Windham, Richmond Virginia
Room was fairly clean. My problem was the lsst might of my stay. A visious storm came,heavy rain and wind. I turned the heat up but nothing happened. The room was freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I had to sleep in my clothes. Thank goodness I was checking out the next morning.

Do not stay here. They need to cleanse every room, purchase new sheets etc. you will not get a good nights rest here. They seem to think this is a comfortable place to stay. Please keep driving to locate a nice hotel where you can rest.

Do not stay here!
Stains on the bed cover. No sheets or blanket on the bed. And I saw a cockroach. I was in the room all of 2 minutes before I left and went to the best western plus down the street. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

Not only was there limited dining, there was NO DINING even though the site promised there would be. No continental breakfast whatsoever.
In regards to the room, the room was clean and it did have a small refrigerator and microwave. Although the bathroom was clean and the water was satisfactory, it was small and a walk-in shower, no tub. Also when going to get the key, the price I had to pay was a few dollars higher than quoted. It was okay for a one night stay.
