First impression was that it was a nice property however when we got to the room it was staticly loaded everythingnwe touched gave us a shock found out that it was the duvet cover so we removed it with winter gloves that the shocks went through, we asked if there was a room that did not shock you with everything you touched and were told the whole hotel was like that . Then a cold draftwas coming from the windows (-27 outside) the big old picture windows hinged closing arm was open on the top wich is almost at the ceiling so we could not close it the maintenance man came in and closed it however the draft persisted because the seal ***** on the window was missing so we had to take towels to cover the window sill so our new born would not feel the draft and get sick.. will never go here again

The supper at London Belle was excellent. Breakfast was ok Rooms are very small, bathroom lighting is terrible, hair was left in the shower so cleaning not so great. That is how I rate the cleanliness.

Clean and comfortable. Restaurant was good for an evening dinner and the breakfast gals were very obliging in the morning

We had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. Room was super clean & they brought me non-feather pillows quickly on request. They even gave a treat bag for our fur baby upon check-in! Breakfast was excellent! Staff were awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

We always stay at this property when we come to Regina. Love the service, restaurant and great pool hour. This stay I noticed the pool area and bathrooms in that area could be a bit cleaner. Also snow removal could be better. But all in all we will go back!!

We travel to Regina often & always stay at the Fairfield. Our stay is comfortable & most important to me is the cleanliness of the rooms. I love that there is a restaurant in the hotel for easy room service or to go down & have dinner & a drink.

Generally an excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and willing to assist. Unfortunately, any noise from neighbouring rooms does carry - often being able to hear conversations word-for-word from the hallway and adjacent guest rooms.

Rooms are very clean and look newly renovated and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was top notch and had many options hot or cold. Would stay her again!!

Service was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only disadvantage - lack of curtains on the window as light from the parking lot interfered with sleep.
