Todo perfecto. Realmente una excelente alternativa ya que tiene un súper desayuno y estacionamiento incluido. La ubicación es perfecta.

El hotel muy bueno, algo lejos de Boston (45-60min), desayuno maravilloso, lo malo el ultimo día el arreglo de la habitación fue pésimo (dejaron una de las dos camas sin tender, no colocaron bolsas de basura y toallas incompletas)

Muy buena y buen servicio los empleadoa muy amables

aun cuando hay alguna opciones que mejorar vale la pena

Our room had a lot of accessible features and storage. We liked the coat hangers and built in bench. The bed was very comfortable for both of us, the perfect firmness. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. There was something going on with the light switches. Sometimes they wouldn’t turn on and other times they triggered different lights. We were only there one night, so it was no big deal. We just used the lamps. Each of the nightstands had outlets built in and we were pleased to find that they were all functioning. We were decently close to restaurants and shops in the area. Checkout was very easily done on our mobile device. We were pleased with our stay.

Nice , clean place . All the staff were really nice & helpful. I love that the pool stays open until 10pm but it’s really small and no hot tub . The free breakfast was a plus and had good options . I give this hotel 4 stars

I checked in on 2/23/24 evening 4th floor room. The parking lot was pretty full and none of the Holiday Inn parking lights were on. Parked as close to the restaurant next door lights. Informed the gentleman when I checked in it was very dark back near the wooded area where I had to park.... Well I can check on that. Looked out my window at Midnights. The lights never came on. Woke at 6 am to shower. No hot water. Call down to front desk to ask what was gong on. Told me to run hot water for 10mins and he had to do something with the pipes. This is obviously a problem they know they have and I should just wait. It was almost 6:20 am at this point and I am supposed to wait 10 more minutes, no time for that so cold shower and no the water never even warmed to Luke warm!!!! Checked out instead of giving them another opportunity to not have a safe parking lot or HOT water.

My problem was that my room was not been clean properly. However i think think there is room for improvement. I enjoy my stay the location and the staff was just right for my liking. Looking forward to spend my next vacation with you.

staff monday evening great stay.big nice clean room.. breakfast in the morning was excellent . and the pool and fitness center was great. we would definitely stay again

Was not happy with my check in. I had two reservations and cancelled one and when I arrived both had been cancelled. It took over 45 minutes to check

I really loves this place, it’s was very noisy in the middle night, I could not get sleep.
